I absolutely dread this location but its the closest one to my house. I only go to this one if I need a few things but much prefer the other Michaels in Schaumburg. The isles are too small, they never have the air conditioner on its always so hot in there. Also the clerks only allow one coupon no matter what and that is NOT company policy! For example today I received an email that had 3 coupons attached. The fine print clearly says only one type of coupon per product. I had a 25% coupon off total purchase and a 40% off one reg price item. I should have been allowed to use the 40% off one item and the 25% off all the other items. But the clerk said I could only use one coupon total. Thats NOT true your system allows more than one coupon per transaction just not more than one on each item. Just scan the damm coupon and youll see but the clerk refused. All the stores I have been to across the US know this except this particular location. It wasnt much of a difference on my item but if I had been buying a higher priced item I would have asked for a manager. These employees need better training on coupons and overall customer service.

I hate this store. They are constantly changing the setup of the entire store which makes a quick stop for one or two things nearly impossible, because you can never find anything! Staff is completely unhelpful and on occasion, Ive found to be flat out rude. The one or two times I was fortunate enough to find someone willing to be helpful, they had to walk all over the store trying to find the item I was looking for because even they never know where things are at. I highly recommend using a different Michaels Store.

I love Michaels. I shop there all the time. The store is always clean and well laid-out. I have never had a bad experience there. The only problems I have with the place are 1. The staff seem disinterested in customers and are therefore hard to approach on the off-chance I cant find what Im looking for, and 2. Their rather lackluster selection of knitting needles. The yarn selection is adequate (though Jo-Anns is bigger) but they never have the needles I need.

Once again had a ton of coupons not even including the ones they send you in emails and I couldnt use them on a single thing I got because the items were already on sale! What is the point of giving out coupons if you can never USE THEM!! This is the worst store for coupons, every time! Im not sure why I even shop here anymore! And te girl at the register wasnt focused on doing her job at all. Different location, same issues!! So annoyed!!

store manager is rude to her employees , have heard her talk bad about them in front of customerss . are you kiddddding me, you can tell the employees are in edge. i once asked one who was that crazy lady just yelling at everyone she came into contact with that worked for her, and she told me "my store manager, shes the highest up" .... god i feel bad for this location

I visited during the holidays this year - I have to say that I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and the fact that even though it was so busy, there was plenty of stock available and things werent too picked over. Dont come into this place unless you have your coupons ready!

Such a sloooooooow checkout here this afternoon. I was the next in line and waited for 11 minutes. Unacceptable! Other than that, typical Michaels experience -- nothing special and nothing bad... except for checkout

Went there with a framing job and left to have it done elsewhere. The staff at Michaels was disengaged and disinterested; they couldnt be bothered to help with matting and framing decisions.

Its a Good store but their custom framing is overpriced. When we took it home the backing was coming off. For the price they could have done a better job.

A great selection and pretty good sale prices. The cashiers keep an ad at the register, so ask for a coupon if you are buying a regular priced item.

Love to go there for their arts and crafts. Helpful when I need staff and everything is easy to access too. Never had issues so far. 10/10!!!

This is a pretty good Michaels! They have a good floral section and also their seasonal is good. Teachers get a discount, too!
