While not exclusive to this branch, ensure that if you sign up for their mailing lists, you are prepared for a deluge of advertising emails. I get at least 10, and up to 18 advertising emails from Petco every single day. Contacting customer service does nothing; all four times Ive contacted customer service and requested to be removed from the mailing list, Ive been assured that Ive been removed; yet the emails continue. So, hopefully the complaint I filed with the BBB today will get someones attention. Long story short, make sure you dont sign up for the mailing list if you buy something here.

Extremely pricey for goods I can get elsewhere much cheaper. I rarely go here only stop if I need a specialty item. I despise the fact that pets go in here. Who wants to walk down aisles that you have to watch the floor for fear of stepping in places an animal has relieved itself? It isnt a terrible idea but I have other places to go and dont appreciate having dog feces on my good shoes.

Horrible and unprofessional dog training service! I registered my dog for the 6 weeks adult training class and the pet trainer was available for only one of the weeks, after the first week I called several times to try to schedule the next class and never got a call back. They gave me the run around and told me she was either on vacation or not working that day. Very unprofessional

I can only wish one thing there was another Petco in the area. Gentleman that answered the phone the two times I call unfortunately for me Jake the tone of his voice is arrogant to say the least almost like I was really bothering him thats his job if he doesnt want to answer the phone maybe he should get a different job where he doesnt have to talk on the phone

I love this store! Great products and selections and a friendly, helpful staff. My dog loves the bulk cookie bar! I also love that they have shelter cats for adoption.
