Been a customer of Petsmart for ten years. On May 28th 2016, while in route for a dog grooming appointment, I received a phone call from the groomer telling me I was 10 minutes late, and she wouldnt do the dog. I had driven 28 of the 35 miles distance between the store and my home at the time I received the phone call. Needless to say I found this the most unprofessional event in my 10 years experience. Just letting everyone know that if this is the level of professionalism from their groomers, than you might want to think twice about what other types of unprofessional behaviors might be unleashed on your pet while you are not watching. You really should think twice.

I received great help in finding food for my new kittens. The 2 ladies who came up to me while I was looking at canned foods both gave great suggestions and offered more help if I needed it. They couldnt have shown better customer service. Emma, one of the two who helped me earlier, was also the cashier when I was checking out and was impressed with the purchases I was making. I am very glad that there are such caring people employed at PetSmart.

have to go all the way to fredericksburg or manassas before to find supplies for my cute bug-eyed goldfishes... the staff are nice... seems knowledgeable about pet care...
