Took my cat there, spoke to both the groomer and the other woman at the desk (both extremely pleasant). Told them in detail what I would like. When I got my cat back to my house, after receiving a much higher bill than expected, I found that most of what I asked for was not done. All that was done was a few routine things, I then started to investigate to find more knots that were not tended to, and that her sterile shave was not given (this was the whole point of me taking her there). I understand I have a long-haired cat who cannot groom herself, and that is why I took her here where I feel that she was not properly groomed either. The ladies that I spoke to were very cordial and caring I do not believe that this was intentional, but I do believe that this was simple human error that couldve been prevented by possibly taking notes during the initial phone call or upon arrival.

Bought 2 betas and 2 little aquarium sets and other stuff.got home to set up and one aquarium was missing the things that was suppose to come with it,it was scratched up looked like a return.so I called the store ,the lady said bring back with receipt,so we did,when got there another lady said are you sure this stuff suppose to be included? (In which it has on box)who knew you have to check box before buying...so she said we have to give you a gift card even though I just needed a replacement. Went back to get another one and back to register and she rung up with the gift card and said u owe .32 cent.it was the exact same thing, all I wanted is what I purchased with all things package was suppose to have,huge hassle and attitude

I took my dog to the grooming salon for a return pedicure and ear trim and was informed that his rabies vaccination wasnt current. I replied that yes, he had it given a week ago and was wearing his tag. They said I needed to provide a copy of his certificate. I asked if I could have my husband fax it or e-mail it from home and they replied that they do not have fax or e-mail. So I drove half an hour for nothing and they lose business. Now in this day and time, who doesnt have a phone with texting and e-mail to obtain proof of a rabies vaccine.

I didnt like anything about this store. The stench from the ferrets took over the entire store because their tank wasnt being cleaned regularly. The reptile tanks all seemed as if they hadnt seen a good cleaning in quite a while, and the tortoise tank had a bad ammonia-like smell coming from it, and that too was unclean. We had one associate walk out and end her shift in the middle of helping us, and were made to wait, thinking she would come back for 15 minutes before we got another associate to help us. Will not ever be coming back to this store

I would give them 0 stars if possible, this is the 3rd saltwater fish we have purchased and had to clear of ick. We have put over 1,500.00 into our tank for them to jeopardize it by not caring for their fish or for warning customers their sick. These fish our expensive and there is no warranty on them. Shame on petco.

They are fantastic my husky is in training and she wasnt ready after 6 weeks so she is doing 12 weeks at no additional cost. They knowledge of the staff is amazing I wont go anywhere else for my pet needs period!

Employees were great, the manager on the other hand was "too busy" to be bothered with questions. He was rude towards us and never asked if he could help us in purchasing a fish.

They left purple shampoo in my white dogs hair
