My grooming experience for my 6 month Maltizu was a nightmare. The cut was uneven and my pup was frightened and stressed out after his nearly 5 hours there, yes from 1130am to 4pm. As I was leaving I noticed several dogs appeared that way! My dog had to wait in a cage with other barking dogs before and after being bathed or cut. The back of his legs were red and irritated as of the clippers were too harsh. I had to apply neosporin for several days after. I dropped him off at 11:30 and at 4:00 they called to tell me that they were unable to finish him bc he was aggressive. I bet after about 3 hours he was exausted!!! Almost 5 hours and my dog looked horrible. I had to pay another groomer to fix his cut and give him a style. My dog at 6 months has been groomed 3 times and had never had an experience like he had there. I will never return.

Pet smart does not want feed back from their customers. They sometimes have forgotten to do a total cleaning on Lady muffin and when I bought it to their attention they got mad. One occassion they failed to clip Ladies nails. One trip into their shop Lady complained. When I picked her up from one visit she complained about having soar arms. I have been with Pet smart since 2007. I love Pet Smart but these are the facts. They told me not to bring Lady Muffin again. I did not see that coming. Oh well onward and upward.

Went with my 8 and 10 year old daughters to pick out a goldfish for an older tank we have at home. Little miss animal rights advocate at Petsmart told me that a single goldfish needed not just a ten gallon but a 29 gallon tank to prevent ammonia accumulation. She said that she wouldnt even sell us a beta for our tank because of the size. When the other associate and she began to argue about needless animal cruelty I packed up the kids and left. If I wanted drama and scolding I could have just stayed at home.

We had our senior Aussie and young Lab groomed at WForest. Both dogs looked great! The Groomer that handled our 12 yr old Aussie took extra care to make sure he was not exhausted by the process. His short cut was even and the trim work was excellent. Our choc Labs nails and paws were short but not in the quick area. We were pleased with both the grooming services and the way our dogs looked and acted afterward. We have rescheduled monthly appts for both dogs.

We had the best experience shopping here recently! We had just adopted a new dog and needed to set-up our house stat with all the necessities. Kyle was AWESOME! Super helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all the things that would make our new family member comfortable. Cant say thank you enough - it was a phenomenal customer service interaction.

Weve had our collie, Belle, groomed at this location over the last year. She is always beautifully groomed and the staff is always very kind. This trip she was extremely dirty and matted due to all the rain and where she stays up under the back room when outdoors. She looks great! Darryl did a fantastic job and I will ask for him again.

The staff here really needs to be trained better. I go here because it is closer to my home and they have what I like for my pet. They need to always have someone at or next to the register so when people are ready to check out they dont have to wait a long time until someone finally comes over.

Grooming takes a long time. Your dog will wait in a cage in a small room with other barking dogs before being bathed or cut. The cut was uneven and both dogs were super stressed out. I have been to this Petsmart once and others multiple times but this is always the case so I wont return.

Dogs wait time for servicing averages 4 hours. Groomers are nice but the cuts are below average for the breed.
