Im so impressed with the level of service I just received from Nate A. at Midstate Auto. Initially, I wasnt certain I would qualify for a loan and if I did, the last thing I wanted was to end up with a high interest rate stuck in a car I didnt really like, paying a ridiculous payment. Nate made the entire experince comfortable from start to finish. He listened to my concerns and paid attention to the things i mentioned were important features I needed in a car...i.e, good gas mileage, warranty, bluetooth, clean interior and of course stylish body!! He recommended a car in my price range that met every need I had. He didnt waste my time showing me cars I couldnt afford or haggling interest and monthly payment with me...his first offer was fair and to me thats HUGE!! Ive bought cars in the past and always felt defensive, like I was being taken advantage of, it truly turnt me off from the entire car buying experience BUT after today Midstate Auto, specifically Nate A. has restored my faith ... Now I know I have a quality person to return to when I have a car need in the future....finally someone I can trust. I highly recommend Nate A. and Ill surely refer anyone looking for a new car loan or a trade in to go directly to him. Hes a no nonsense, down to earth kinda guy. He actually enjoys putting someone in a car that works for them rather than past car salesman whove only wanted to pad their pockets from commission on my loan!! I even got a slice of pizza while I waited!! Thanks again Nate and Midstate Auto, you just aquire me, a customer for life!!

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4 from MidState Auto Group in Auburn. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by genuine and friendly staff. Even though it was a half hour before closing, Brian Lindsey and the rest of the staff answered all of my questions and gave me undivided attention and never made me feel rushed or pushed into a purchase I did not want to make. Although they could not meet my uncommon request for a Rav4 in "fire engine red," they told me they would find one for me by Monday. And they delivered, in 2 days on Monday morning, I had a fire engine red Rav4 with desired mileage and within budget. When it came time to make the payment, they worked with me to fit my budget. I never lifted a finger throughout the entire care buying process. MidState took care of the registration, plate transfer, the personal loan payoff from the vehicle I traded in, and even found a lower monthly insurance rate for me. Everyone should go to MidState! The service is consistently friendly, pleasant, genuine, honest, and overall superb. They go above and beyond to get you the car you want, not the car they want to sell. The staff is knowledgeable and at no point in the process will you be disappointed. From attitude to execution- MidState exceeds all expectations and delivers superb service! My family- who has bought 5 vehicles from them- will remain a MidState family!

My boyfriend purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima here a little over a year ago. The car is in great condition and hasnt had any issues. When I mentioned a new car my boyfriend told me to call Nate. Nate got back to me right away; he listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in a car. I test drove 3 cars: Ford Fusion, Toyota Camry and Honda Civic. He could tell I really liked the Civic and was determined to make it work for me. This is my first time buying/financing so I was uneasy. Nate was extremely patient with me. I was there 6 hours (I know crazy right), but he was there every minute helping me out. Im a college student, making decent, but not great money so monthly payments worried me a little bit. This is when I met Vinny. He took the time and called numerous banks to get the payment where it was most comfortable for me. Everyone there is great, but these two really went above and beyond. Ultimately, their excellent service won me over and I purchased the 2012 Honda Civic. The excellence doesnt stop there. I noticed something on my bumper that needed to be fixed and without question the mechanics took care of it. It has been about a week and I love it even more now than before! It drives well, saves me money on gas and has all these cool hi-tech features. If youre in the market I highly recommended this place. Thanks again Midstate :)

My husband and I are on a tight budget and were in need of a new vehicle to replace our very worn but still trucking 2000 Chevy Malibu. It had 238,000 miles on it and it was becoming a safety concern. As opposed to sinking money into the old vehicle to keep it going for maybe another year or two, we decided to try our luck getting a used vehicle. We went to Midstate because their reviews were positive and because they specialize in less than perfect credit. Dan and Vinny assisted us in the application process as well as provided transparent assistance. Any questions we had were answered honestly and right away. We were approved for the financing which was a great turnout. Our monthly payment was higher than expected but with our credit scores being what they are, having a minimal down payment, trading in the very old Malibu, and choosing a newer used vehicle (2013) the higher payment was understandable. They worked with the credit company to get us the best rate/deal possible and were able to hook us up with GAP insurance and a 2 YR warranty. Tomorrow morning we pick up our new vehicle! Highly recommended if you are in the market for a used vehicle, have a tight budget, and want fast, friendly, and efficient service.

My husband and I were out exploring the possibility of a car purchase. He had heard positive advertisements about Midstate Auto group, so we decided to stop in. We were greeted by a friendly staff who started assisting us by asking what WE wanted, not what they wanted to sell us. There was no pressure or the feeling of being pushed into something we werent interested in. We looked at a few vehicles, gave some preliminary information, and took one for a ride. Our credit has a few "speed bumps", so we werent expecting a positive outcome. We gave the numbers we needed to be at, and within a short time, we had financing approved, at the limit we needed to be at, and for the car of our dreams. I cant say enough about the personnel at Midstate, sales, financing, and staff. Even the owner came to congratulate us and assure we were pleased with our experience. I recommend Midstate Auto Group to ANYONE. They will take great care of you and you will leave feeling you were put first and taken care of. Our Toyota Camry is perfect.

I spend a lot of time in the car due to my career. Many days I am in the car more than I am out of it. So when it comes time to buy a new one (which is often because of the mileage I put on them), I am INCREDIBLY picky. When I choose which car I want next, I will go so far as to not only choose make and model, but year, mileage, options, and will even have interior and exterior color demands. (if Im going to spend so much time in it, I want it to be perfect!) Brian Lindsey will do everything he can to not only find the car, but make sure it is EXACTLY what Im looking for- down to the color preferences. We have bought several cars from Brian and will continue to go to him. He is hardworking and truly cares about getting you what you are looking for. Matt in service is also fantastic , and we rely on Midstate to service all of our cars after we have bought them. We refer Midstate to all of our family and friends and anyone who is looking to buy a car or have one serviced.
