1 Star is actually being nice when it comes to rating this dealership. My daughter just bought a car and was not only swindled out of her money but directly lied to by the owners of this shady dealership. After purchasing the car with lots of "smiles and friendly banter" she drove the car off the lot only to have its temperature gauge go to HOT within just a few miles down the road. She pulled over, checked under the hood and saw that the coolant reservoir was completely empty. She filled it with about a gallon of coolant, thinking it was a simple oversight by the dealership and drove directly to get a sticker for the car. IT FAILED "are you following me here"? She returned the car with detailed inspection information and was greeted with harsh and belligerent treatment by the owners. They reluctantly fixed the issue. She then drove the car for 2 additional days when the car completely over heated and broke down, costing her $200.00 to have it towed. She had been driving the car for 3 days at this point. The dealership then chose to fix the car with a tube of silicone telling her the part would take over 2.5 weeks to get in knowing she needed the car right away and couldnt afford to rent a car while waiting. She decided to take it to an independent repair shop and have it assessed feeling like she may have been sold a LEMON!! The new repair shop in fact told her the cost of repairing the vehicle would be half the cost of the price she originally paid for the car and handed her a laundry list of things that were wrong with it. THAT repair shop recommended she get her money back and start over. She called Smart Motors and spoke to the owner explaining the issues and as you might imagine they BLAMED ALL THE ISSUES on her saying the car was fine when she drove it off the lot. My daughter asked that they do the right thing and return her money, which they flat out replied, "GO Tell the better business Bureau" BUYER BEWARE, BUYERS...READ REVIEWS ON YELP THEY ARE TRUE, and the best tool you can use for knowing the facts about businesses. BE SMART DONT GO to Smart Motors Auto Sales & Service at 490 W Boylston Street in Worcester, MA. They will only sweet talk you into a LEMON and we all know LEMONS ARENT SWEET!!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! Test drove a 2008 Saab 9-3 and decided to buy it. Told Chris I would be back on Monday with a deposit. The price of the vehicle was 4999.00 and when he wrote up the receipt, he rounded it up to 5000 and then added an additional 200 totaling 5200. When I questioned the price, he stated there was a documentation fee that was clearly visible to all. Then opened up the office door and pointed to a piece of 8x11 paper on the wall that said "documentation fee of 199!" I questioned this as I bought the same make model from another dealership and was not charged this fee. Chris said he had to charge this. I questioned him rounding up and he said "fine, I will give you your $2 back!" He then wrote on the receipt that there was NO refunds. He was going to sink money into it and I could not back out on the deal. I said well whats good for the goose is good for the gander and accepted it. I had sent Chris 2 emails to keep our communications documented by which he never responded. He would only respond via Phone calls. He later started Texting. I asked him to reach out to my Insurance company to get the paperwork going , that he was charging me for, and he didnt until I called him 2 days later. I had told him in my first email, 3 days prior, that it was to be registered to my wife. The night before we were to pick the vehicle up, he sent me a text saying he needed me to email him a copy of my wifes license. I said no and called him to discuss and he made up a bunch of BS about being harassed by the SP for not having copies of licenses on deals. I asked him to send me the law that stated that and he said he didnt have time. He then had his wife call me back making all kinds of threats and when I told her I was recording the call, she hung up. it goes on and on, but like others stated, AVOID these people at all costs. If youre looking for good business people, look elsewhere.

Chris and Natalie are by far two of the most hardworking, straightforward, and nicest people in the car business Ive ever met. I spotted a car on their website a Ford freestyle. And thought it would be perfect for my family of six. I called them and Chris agreed to meet me there Sunday of all days. He let me test drive it and I fell in love with the car. beautifully conditioned car that I researched before getting any paperwork started. I told him I would like to purchase the car. Because of my not so great credit. I had a lot of paperwork I had to come up with which I did after a week and a half. Chris and Natalie were very patient with me and helped me all along the way. Needless to say I am in a beautiful used car thanks to them. My family is very excited and we are beyond happy. I will do business with them the next time I look for a car. Thank you Chris and Natalie for all you did, and for going that extra mile to make our lives happier!!! God bless you both!! I know hes blessed me, for leading me to your dealership.

Awful Business Ethics!!!!! Do NOT Buy from this dealership!!! They seel you dreams of a sound car and tell you "What do you expect when you buy a used car?" when something goes wrong within the first 2 weeks of buying one of their cars!!! They have no regard for the Lemon Laws put in place to protect consumers buying used cars with the little money they have to buy themselves transportation! I am a single mother of two , bought a car from them and the brakes were no good, oil leak, power steering leak, transmission leak and was told by the woman that owns the place that she was not liable and that I must of worn down the brakes in the 14 days that I drove the car!!!! I am outraged and appalled that they would believe such nonsense!!!! I already contacted my lawyer and have filed a claim on the courthouse for their lack of making things right and fixing the issues with the vehicle they sold me that they said was 100% in good standing without any issues and namely NEW brakes!!!! Bad business owners and BAD ETHICS!!!!

If I could I would give this dealership zero stars. These people flip cars. After I brought my car back for the third time Tharcio the manager openly told me that they dont have the time or the money to inspect or tune up any of the cars on their lot. They buy cars at auction, clean them, clean the motor and sell them. Even if the problem is under warranty they will Mickey mouse it. They will use a tube of silicone to beef up a worn out gasket and fill the radiator with blue devil to temporarily fix a problem until the warranty runs out. Natalie is untrustworthy and a scam artist. Do not be fooled by these peoples fake "buddy buddy" exteriors. Just dont go here. They will blame you for the problems that the car came to them with, try to cover them up, and assure you that the car is perfect. These people thrive off of stealing money from people who cant afford to buy new.
