DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY OF ANY SORT OR A FEMALE These people are undercover scammers/schemers/racist. and will lie and manipulate you, anything to make a sale. I am still appalled that I had to experience such a miserable occurrence at your dealership while in my pursuit of purchasing an automobile. My disgusting experience has made a negative impact on my perception of Harr dealership. First I want to express how disgusted I am with the lack of customer service, customer value, the inconsistency, wish-washy, lying, deceiving operation of the Dodge/Ram/GMC dealership. I unfortunately allowed the dealer to engage with me in the purchase of my 4th vehicle. Unfortunately I put my trust into a dealership that did nothing but leave me with the same thing I had when I walked through the door, my own current car; no new car, no transportation that I sought out, no sale, NOTHING but bad vibes contradict behaviors, mishandling and unprofessionalism . However the dealer did leave me being mistreated, unfairly dealt with, and despicably lied to. For four days going back to the dealer every day, having promises made to my face I received nothing in return. Your dealer failed to execute what you would think would be one of the simplest task coming from a company that is specific to the automotive industry; selling me a CAR! I was pre-approved to finance a vehicle through my bank. I have owned a car since I was 16 years old, and have done all my financing though that bank since my first car purchase. For nine years I have built a wonderful relationship with my credit union and have no desire, thus no need to do financing with anyone else. I was straight forward with my salesman, Dean Lemovitz about my financing choices and that there were no other options for payment. I told Dean my specific requirements that I wanted in purchasing a new CPO or used vehicle (include SUV, sun roof, possibly navigation & automatic starter/optional, 4-cyclinder, AWD, power locks, low mileage). I had been to several different dealerships on pursuit to purchase a vehicle. I have been coerced, manipulated, and obviously mislead throughout the whole progression of this transaction. They dealer did not legally own the vehicle did not have the title wanted me to sign a hand written purchase agreement, tried to make me finance through them and when I wouldnt budge gave me ultimatums so that it would make it difficult and burdensome to get the car released to me. Chris Allen who "claimed" to be the GM sucks. He is so unprofessional I hope he has been demoted by now because he clearly cant handle to aspects of his job. business manager – Paul C. Dumas is a pestering and conniving man. He will try to manipulate you to increase the cost of the vehicle in a nuisance way. He tried to offer me all these additional options tried to entice me with a financing rate(not even a good one at that), and other methods of manipulation but I stood firm. Overall these people are liars. I have called and left messages several times even tried to speak to the president wrote letter to better business beauro ect. and 4 months later still nothing. They have manipulated, coerced, and deceived me. Even though I know that dealers are private business practices, I will make it known in every publication to my best effort to notify the community that Harr is a deceitful discriminating dealership and that they can expect their customers to be lued into misleading situations, and will handle you poorly. Boycott this dealer.

I bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry SE on September 26th, 2016. Tim and Rich at HARR were very helpful in finding what I was looking for. I wanted a midsized sedan that was a little on the sporty side. Something having a V6. I was very impressed with how it drove. Not my first choice in colors (Silver) but all in all Im happy with it. After seeing where the price stood I was comprehensive about my decision in wanting to buy. My credit is mediocre at best so I thought understandable. I want to be happy with what Im driving for years to come. Reliable transportation with a look and feel "I feel" suits me. So I decided I will go for it but not before another HARR employee came inside the office saying that someone just hit "my car!" Tim, Rich and I all went out in disbelief and saw that the drivers side door was caved in. Rich then made an offer to solidify closing the deal by offering to pay the first two car payments. He also said youll have a rental at no cost to me for the duration of the auto body repairs. I agreed to this. The only thing was it was a verbal agreement. After days had past and still waiting on the repair of my car I thought "are they going to honor our agreement?" I didnt get anything in writing. I just took their word for it. I suppose I thought this is a reputable business they wouldnt do that. At the same time though you never know. The sale was final, I had my bill a few days later saying when the first payment was due. Which is about 45 days from date of purchase. Due in November when we agreed I wouldnt start paying until January. The paperwork did not reflect what we agreed upon and no talk of a check ever occurred to me or possibly them during our transaction. Around ten days later I was contacted saying my car was ready. I said to the sales consultant Tim that I wanted some kind of proof that they were still going to honor our agreement. An email with a picture of an official check is what I asked for to cover the first two months. Tim spoke with Rich and sent a picture of the check through his cell phone. A sigh of relief came over me. I thought I had made a huge mistake by not having anything written up for an agreement but despite that, they still came through and honored our agreement. I went to pick up my car Saturday, October 8th. Sure enough they handed me a check for the two months we agreed on. The body work done for the repairs are impressive. Its like nothing happened. Overall the experience was concerning but they were still able to accommodate me. I said Ill give you guys a good review. Im giving them 4 stars. Color and formal written agreement next time "if this were to ever happen again" keeping that in mind for 5 stars. ;) Thanks guys. Love the car!

My wife and I were in search of a Jeep Cherokee due to our current vehicle needing to be replaced. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were warmly greeted and treated with respect. Our prior experience working with two Santa Fe dealerships both in the winter and spring left us feeling unheard, taken advantage of, and mistreated. The "Perfect Price" at Harr was definitely something we appreciated as there was no hassle or pushy sales people forcing us to make a decision. Everyone at Harr was extremely helpful and polite, especially Ashley Defries, who was the Product Specialist we worked with. She kindly listened to our situation and made us feel at ease. Since it was our first time leasing a vehicle, Ashley readily answered our questions and did so in a way in which we could understand. Our situation was somewhat complex due to moving out of the state and having to set up temporary insurance at the same time. However, this was not a problem for Ashley and the team. She, as well as the rest of the team, went above and beyond, including providing her cell phone number to us, as we both had busy schedules and found this way the best method for communication. Ashley was able to find us the exact Jeep we were looking for. Within a few days and a matter of signing some paperwork, we were behind the wheel of a new Jeep Cherokee! They were willing and able to get us the best deal! We can honestly say this has been the most pleasant dealership experience we have ever had. It is a shame we are moving out of state, as we would only consider Harr dealership for a car/truck/SUV in Worcester going forward. We will highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends living in the area! A few days after we leased our vehicle, Ashley sent us a text message to ensure we loved our new Jeep. She knew we were sad to let our previous vehicle go and took the time to check in with us. It is rare to find such personal service these days! We feel as though Ashley went above and beyond her responsibilities by allowing us to contact her at anytime. She even wished us luck with our move. Ashley, you were a breath of fresh air after a stressful experience! We felt as though you truly cared about us and we cannot say enough about your professionalism and honesty. Your personality was a perfect match and we have no doubt that you are a true asset to your team. Thank you again, Michael and Kristen Zacharias (new Jeep lovers!)
