My boyfriend purchase his camero from Ted Brit Chevy back in October 2015. I knew I was in the need of a new car then also but I really dont like dealing with dealerships, so I had been putting it off. I started looking online at diffrent cars and feel in love with the 2016 Chevy Cruze. It had everything I was looking for even down to the color I like. Being from Virginia Beach I figured I would check the car out down here. Well I emailed a few dealerships and right away I started getting pressured to come in and at the time all I wanted was some information. Which they never did answer my questions. Then Eric( my boyfriend) started in raving about Ted Britt and his salesman Anthony. Telling me there was no pressure there. After a few weeks of hearing this I said ok I would check them out. Started out online seeing they had the excat thing I wanted. So I was up in Sterling Va for the weekend and we went and stopped in. We met Anthony and I do have to say I was impressed with him right away. He didnt treat me as a women that didnt know anything about cars like most men do. I had done my homework on this model. Anthony listened to what I was wanting. He went out on the lot and pulled excatly the car I was explaining to him. While looking over the car he got it ready for a test drive. After getting back from the test drive while still looking at the car Angel came out introduced himself and was very friendly not like most sales managers. Most just sit there and let there salesman do all the interacation with the customers but not Angel. He was talking with us and joking around like a person and not someone that was trying to sell a car. Well I decieded on the car. This is where I met Jim in finance. My credit isnt the best due to poor judgement and a divorce a few year back, Jim worked his magic trying to get me financed, Well no one would touch me. Then Anthony Angel and Jim came and said I might want to try my credit union that I was a member of. Well they definitely know their stuff because I got a check from the credit union came back with a check and it was a done deal. I cant Thank these three guys enough for making it a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you to theses 3 guys again.

My buying experience here was fantastic but their service dept is absolutely atrocious. Their service techs can barely change oil. since purchasing my vehicle I have had 2 oil changes and 1 factory recall. the first oil change they did not top off my diesel exhaust fluid but I brought the vehicle in for the warranty recall I had scheduled the appointment a week in advance when I dropped it off they said it would take another 5 days to get the part in. I had asked them to also change the oil during this process which they did not do, so I had to bring the vehicle back again. after changing the oil the service tech left greasy handprints all over the front of the vehicle and the door. in addition to adjusting my seat every which way other than which I had given it to them in they also had changed all the radio stations and changed the driver information control center and never reset the oil life meter. fast forward two weeks I get another pop up on my driver information display that says that I was low on diesel exhaust fluid again so I had to take another hour out of my day to bring it to them to have it filled back up. diesel exhaust fluid is included on all diesel engine vehicles. all in all it has been more hassle to get these guys to do some basic work then it would have been for me to do it myself. I will not be receiving any more service work from Ted Britt. I am in normally very understanding laid back person but has been an issue with these guys for everything I go there for. if any of the service techs are reading this review try taking a little pride in your work and being a little thorough and slow down to make sure youve done your job properly.

I have just leased a new 2017 Chevy Volt Premier from Hook Pagnotta at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA and I couldn’t be happier! This is my third Volt, I had the original 2011, and a 2014, and they just keep getting better. Since there’s lots of information available on the web about the car, I’m going to focus on the dealer and the car leasing experience. For over 30 years I have been getting a new car every three years, so I have a lot of experience with car dealers and sales people. Without a doubt my experience with Ted Britt and Hook Pagnotta was the best I’ve ever had. From my first contact Hook was extremely helpful. When I explained that my 2014 Volt lease was coming to an end in April he immediately suggested a GM program to buy me out of my lease early. (I had contacted several other Chevy dealers, and no one else brought this up.) I was able to quickly explain exactly the car I wanted, and he was back to me in less than 24 hours to say that he would have it when we returned from vacation. As promised, the car was ready the day after we returned, and it was exactly what I had asked for, at exactly the price we had discussed. The turn-in was effortless, and Ted Britt’s finance guy was quick and efficient. The new Volt is a complex car, and Hook was willing to spend as much time as necessary explaining the details. When I left with my new car he encouraged me to contact him any time I had questions about my car, and several days later, when I did that, he spent over an hour driving around with me. Hook and Ted Britt really know how to deliver excellent customer service!

In late September 2016, I needed some front end work done on my 2007 Cobalt. I went to Ted Britt Chevy in Sterling, which was 10 minutes from my home. The mechanic identified my cars problems and, as they were more than I had expected, he showed me under the car what needed fixing and why. He was careful, thorough, and understanding, and I appreciated his explanation. I agreed to have all the work done, some that day and the rest a few days later after parts had come in. During the second servicing, a part problem developed which required a re-order and the dealerships keeping my car overnight. I agreed, provided the car would be ready before 10:00 AM the next morning, as I had to drive to Delaware and back. The Cobalt was fixed, test-driven, and ready ahead of schedule - and under budget. The dealership also had provided me with a loaner car so I could otherwise live my life while they were working on my Cobalt. Managing this process was one of Ted Britts Service Managers, Tom Haman. Throughout the process, Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive - a true professional. He kept on top of everything; nothing slipped through the cracks. Due to this exceptional service, I intend to bring my Cobalt back as needed for future service, and to bring in my Dodge minivan to Ted Britt Chevy for its servicing as well. To Tom and the rest of the staff who helped take care of me and my car, thank you very much for a job well done.
