Run away from this place. I saw this business online through Google and inquired about a 2013 Chevy Sonic. Nas contacted me and I put him in touch with my boyfriend (because cars arent my specialty). They arranged that we could inspect and possibly buy the car later that week on Friday. Nas exact words were "Ill have her ready for you." We were located 2 & 1/2 hours from this location and made that clear when initial contact with the dealer was made. We drove almost three hours only to find, to our surprise, no car. Nas acted confused and then defensive. Apparently a manager had taken the car for the day. Instead of admitting that he had simply forgotten about our arrangement he criticized us for not calling the day of. That right there is the worst possible example of good customer service. My boyfriend is an expert at diffusing situations especially when he can tell Im about to snap right back so he simply agreed. We asked him if we could see other cars in that price range and he agreed. We waited 15 minutes outside for him to gather information about the inventory. Yall...he showed us two cars. Two cars I had already seen on their website in the 15 minutes I had been waiting outside for him. He could barely tell me details about each car and I was too cold to be polite anymore so my boyfriend (again the master of diffusion) said we would be back tomorrow to look at the Sonic. Process this...we drove almost three hours on an arranged day to not see a car and we just agreed to come back. Why? Because the pictures of the car were fantastic and despite the lack of stellar service I still wanted a good deal. The next morning I texted Nas to make sure the car would be there before we trekked out again. He said it would be detailed and ready by 12:30. 1 at the latest. So we drove back out there and long story short...the car was in the worst type of condition. Buttons were missing, paint was scratched off in a lot of places, everything inside was greasy, and it was clear someone who was a smoker had been all up in that space. After running my license and telling me it was suspended (they have really great concepts about humor over there) and then reminding us again that we should have called yesterday I decided that enough was enough. The pictures online were nothing like the actual car I was standing in front of. The pictures online show no damage to the center console yet the actual car had missing hardware. The front of the car showed nothing broken online, but in person was cracked and breaking off. The description says power windows and they are manual. I mean if youre going to be a shady business dealer at least know how to lie well. My boyfriend, no longer the master of diffusion but of anger, said no thanks and we walked away. This place encapsulates the trope of a greasy and distrustful used car business equipped with sleazy smoking managers to boot. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know or even didnt know. I will be recommending agencies like the Better Business Bureau and National Automobile Dealers Association contact this place. Hopefully theyll receive better customer service than I did.

I purchased a vehicle on 1/1/16 from the dealer and salesman nas. The vehicle had a few scratches I was told if I purchased the vehicle they would fix the paint. I was sold the vehicle and told i would need to purchase my own tags. I brought the vehicle back several times to have the paint fixed I was given an excuse as to why it couldnt be done each time. The vehicle did not pass the md vehicle inspection because of bad tires, which I was given a verbal guarantee the vehicle would pass. I was also given two sets of temporary tags (January and February) because I had never received the title. Each time I called about title I was given a "dont worry we got you" response. By the time I received the title my tags had two days left before the expiration date. Mva was unable to provide me with tags because of an issue with the title provided by auto finance center. Nas and staff did not provide me/motor vehicles with the documents I needed to purchase my tags. Nas is still continuing to give me the run around after I explained the situation. The vehicle was sold with bad tires, brake pads, and scratched paint (which I was told would be fixed), and no title. The staff is very unprofessional and shows no responsibility for their actions. I cannot drive the vehicle and Im taking legal action! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS "dealer".

This by far was the worse experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The managers at this place are horrible. They scammed me for a lot a of money. The car had so many issues it wasnt even funny. They also had me driving back and forth over 80 miles to "fix" the problems for over a week and multiple times. They never did anything at all except waist my time and use the computer to turn off the check engine light. They also were very rude to my grandparents and threatened them when they tried helping me get my money back. In the end they took the car back but lied once more saying I would get a certain amount back from dmv then when I go to get my money back from dmv they told me I was lied to. The sad thing is the manager knew I was going though financial trouble and knew I was just trying to get a working car to help me and my mom out and I even told him "It means a lot that you are giving me my money back" and he kept saying he was sorry and he just wanted me to be happy. I should have known it was a lie. Anyone who actually would threaten someones older disabled grandfather obviously cant run a business correctly. Overall a horrible experience and this horrid place should be shut down. All I wanted was my dream car and it turned into a nightmare STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Dont trust the other reviews. I had a horrible experience at this place. I went to check out a car I saw on their website and the guy "Harris" emailed me stating it was in "excellent condition"; I went there and the car had many cosmetic defects. When I brought this up to the older guy working there he got very upset. I was still willing to negotiate a lower price, but he got so mad he said he wouldnt accept one penny less than the asking price and stormed off! Him and his son both also claimed thats the lowest price I could get the car for in a 200 mile radius (that was a lie). Luckily I had done my homework and I left there and drove less than 30 minutes to Lindsay Chrysler Jeep dealership and got the same car in much better condition and WAY better service and I was even able to negotiate an even lower price. Avoid this place at all costs. They have cars that have been on dealer lots for almost a year and may have many problems.
