THESE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. NOT ONLY DO THEY SELL CARS THAT HAVE UNDERLYING PROBLEMS AND TRY TO COVER IT UP...BUT THEY PREY ON PEOPLE! Bobby will smile to your face, pretend to be a family man, a nice man, who wants to "help" you, a man of god.. Its all fake. Its all a lie. We were sold a car that had "27,000" miles on it. Took it to a mechanic, and they said not only was the car locks showing signs of theft on both driver and passenger doors, the transmission was slipping, it clearly had mileage in the hundreds of thousands, it had been in a wreck and was repainted, still had paint on the tires... Charged us 7000 for a 1500 dollar car.. THEN... We had payment arranged to be paid on a Friday...tell me why my husband wakes up to go to work (where he JUST got promoted) on a WEDNESDAY morning, and the car is gone. Mind you, TWO days before payment was arranged. NO PHONE CALLS from them prior to this... NOTHING. NO COMMUNICATION. My infants car seat is in the back of the car, as is my toddlers.. My husbands work pass, all of my personal property.. EVEN my sons infant sleeper is in the trunk.. everything GONE. NOW, my husband is going to lose his new job. That will lead to us losing our rental home, since he cant work, and cant pay rent... NICE. Such a "Caring", "Family" man who wants to help......

FREDERICKSBURG PUBLIC AUTO AUCTION is not only one of the best auctions that I have attended, but also the most friendly. The staff is GREAT! I always looked forward to the factory GM sales.
