Some of my favorite spots: Toy Vault- Friendly, helpful and patient staff and the various events they hold. Jordans Free lazer light/water show that happens every 1/2 hour. Target- Also friendly and helpful. One of the favorite spot(s) is the electronics section where they offer awesome items. Newport Creamery- Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Great food options. Awesome dessert selections. Generally all around good place to go and eat. Auntie Annes Pretzels- Friendly staff, Awesome Soft Pretzel choices with your choice of pretzel dippings. Pinkberry- Helpful and friendly staff, and Awesome range of flavor choices. Moderately priced. GameStop- Good staff and good variety of video games. F.Y.E.- Decent and helpful staff. Wide variety of games, music, and movies.

Warwick Mall is probably the best mall you can go to in the southeastern Mass/RI area right now, without having to go to Providence. Almost none of the stores are closed, and theres a lot of different reasons to be there. The food court has a lot of great options, and theres even a Newport Creamery in a different part of the mall and a few restaurants outside the mall. In terms of anchors, you have a lot of options there too. This includes Macys, JCPenney, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, and Jordans Furniture, as well as Off-Broadway Shoes and a movie theater outside the mall. Overall its a nice way to spend an afternoon with the many options it offers.

I have lived in RI all of my 49 years. I enjoy the mall to browse in. I liked when they had a CVS. I dont like that Target has registers ONLY on the outside entrance side. They should have registers on the mall end so you can buy ONE thing and continue on to the mall. Also, the restaurant choices have declined. Buffalo wild wings menu is awful and the food court could use some updating. Besides Chinese and subway type foods. Healthier choices need to be available. At least at Warwick mall you dont get harrased by kiosk employees like at Providence place mall. We all find that annoying.

It was terrible. I took my autistic son and waited in line about 7 minutes. He loves the Santa here. They then informed us they would not be taking any more people and they were taking a half hour break. My son was already struggling and I asked if they could please take him before the break. We had drove a half hour there. The rude woman working there said no, we are taking a break. If you dont like it call the studio. We major exceptions for no one. I told her she was rude and left. Awful awful awful experience. And no visit with Santa

Excellent mall that unfortunately had substantial flooding a few years ago. Following that event there was a substantial rebuild of the interior of most, if not all stores. The result of that is that all the stores are very new. Good parking around the whole mall but Macys area does get a bit packed with cars (and people) sometimes, which is certainly nothing unique to this mall. The usual restaurants, coffee and diners are available so you would easily spend a half, day here !

Okay food court, close to the theater so you can eat before watching a movie, a little of everything in jewelry, clothes, a GameStop, a Newport Creamery away from the food court with chowder, bread bowls optional, and some big box stores attached (Target and either a Macys or a JC Penney). Nothing really fantastic about it--if you dont have something in mind going there, it wont suggest anything to you.

Remaining objective I will say the mall itself is just okay. Sure there is a buffalo wild wings and some other good food places nearby. Its a one level mall and not very big. The store variety is limited. The food court is meh. It has your basic department stores--Macys and JC Penney. A Target is attached so thats convenient. Unless you just go for the target and hit mall traffic.

Very clean mall. The mall is very clean, organized and well managed. The reason it doesnt get 4/5 stars is due to lack of store variation. Everything is clothes! If you want clothes, this is your mall. The Food Court is all overpriced, there isnt much for a tech head. They have GameStop but it is super small and the staff there are usually very rude. It needs variation.

This mall has come around full circle! In its Hay-Day in the 80s it was the "Smaller Mall" to go to and Midland (RI) Mall was the larger upscale one. Should you want to stay "local" and be on one floor and hit the hot spots without "Riff-Raff teens" Warwick Mall is the place! I love it and hope that some day RI Mall can change its ways and come back from the Dead!

The biggest issue with the mall is its managment. They have ridiculous rules like no walking in groups of 4, that make you feel like youre stuck in high school. The security guards are extremely rude and try to be police officers, youre not. The only reason to come to this mall are the cute stores. Do yourself a favor and navigate around the mall from the outside lol

It is a great mall I love the carousel in the food court. Also this has a wide variety and selection of stores target, Macys, JCPenney, Jordans furniture even, Nordstrom rack , Victorias Secret, bath Bodyworks , Stride Rite in for food you have a food court in sitdown restaurants Buffalo wild wings, Taco Bell, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, and pretzels

It is a great mall. If you want clothes and shoes. As of this review - 11/12/15 There are no book stores. 1 Video Game Store, and 1 Toy store that specializes in comics and used games. Other then that. ALL Clothing and Furniture. It has an attached Target and Jordans furniture. The food court has a nice variety.

Several stores, has a food court. Easy to get in and out of. Many people shop here especially when there are big sales going on. I tend to go there during the week to avoid the crowds. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes if you plan on doing a lot of shopping. The mall is good size so it requires a lot of walking.

This mall is missing a lot of stores! They dont have anywhere to charge your electronic devices and they have too many clothing stores. They use to have Brookstone and Walden Books (Waldon now bankrupt) they really need to update this mall and add stores because it gets really boring very very quickly!!

I lost my phone at the mall and when I asked security for help they literally just followed me around and didnt help at all, the security staff really wasnt there when I needed them. The employees at panda express and burger king deserve more cred, since they actually answered my damn questions.

Mall is ok but the security acts like they are Hitlers SS troops. I was sitting on a bench with my kid during some Christmas shopping and one of the guards decided we had to move and refused to say why, other than we would be escorted out by the police if I refused. So fcuk them.

Im a HUGE fan of the Warwick Mall! Tons of great stores, fantastic food court with many culinary options, free parking, and Red Robin! Yummmm! Lets face it, we need to be fortified before or after our shopping trip. Also, clean restrooms and many interesting kiosks!
