I already sent some feedback to the mall directly but I havent gotten a response, so I figured Id add a review. The new seating downstairs is really nice, but the complete lack of seating upstairs, not even simple wooden benches, is super inconvenient. What are people supposed to do who have mobility issues, are elderly or expectant mothers, or who just need a rest? Go all the way downstairs? I had gone upstairs to make use of the nursing rooms (which is nice that they have them, but they arent listed on the directory so I never knew they were there until I went to one of the family bathrooms to change my son) and both were occupied, so I looked for somewhere to sit upstairs for a few minutes to nurse my baby under a nursing cover instead. I had him in a stroller, and had just come upstairs through one of the anchor stores because the central elevator was out of order, so I didnt want to go all the way back to a store and downstairs to search for a seat. I had no choice, though, because the only place I couldve sat upstairs was on the floor. I find that rather ridiculous. A few simple wooden benches (which I swear this mall used to have) on the second floor would fit into the floorspace and not cost as much as the cushier chairs downstairs. Otherwise, Im happy to see the mall thriving. Its obvious theyre taking steps to weather the changing consumer market that has caused the decay of a lot of other malls. I enjoyed shopping and browsing there.

That is very good mall .I had to many good people. Only one store I recommend to not go there .It is Taste of Mediterranean .The girl who was working there ,she was so rude. I was asking what is in the chicken ,beef ,lamb mixed Gyro .She said "she was explained that to the other customers who were before me and she said Why I did not listen her when she told them what is in the gyro .I dont have to listen her when she was busy with the other people and I was busy with my child any way. We were waiting there for 15 minutes she was inside ,There was no one to take care of the customers and she showed up .Ring out the first customer did not wash her hand and made her sandwich .And yelled to me why I am asking same question with the first customer. When I said "well I would like to know what is in it .And that is your job .I guess you dont need customer or make money she said "that is fine I dont need to serve you and stop it. You never ever come back to me . I would like to say I wont be back but I feel so sorry for the owner hope he or she will read that .She was so rude

Had a very bad experience with GlowGolf. I had to pay $8 for my little boy to play and they had the last of the 18 hole next to the pay counter. My son went and played there and the ball did not return. The guy in the counter said that is last hole and he cannot play anymore. I told him he made a mistake and requested him for another ball and he said it is not a policy(meaning they purposely keep next to the counter and expect small children play there without knowing it will be the last game).I honestly believe "It is a ripoff" my son played only one shot for $8/=. He says there is sign put but it is not clearly mentioned that if we play it will be the last. There were hardly couple of people playing and he did even bother to consider the little boy made a mistake. I think Glowgolf should not hire such unprofessional to man the shop. I will never return to that shop again.

I have had so many memories with this mall. My father, being top tier management there for years, had left for reasons not disclosed here. The best mall in New England, not for the stores, but for life long friendships that I had made there, working for Appleseed, my first job. For those complaining about security being overprotective and the housekeeping not good, you dont understand. I practically lived in that mall, and I did for a day due to an overnight shift when a snowstorm hit in 2013. Alas, a legacy of my childhood has now come to pass, to anybody reading this, say hello to all the housekeeping and security for me, and tell Paul the Security Guard and Alberto the ex housekeeper, now Dairy Queen ice cream making extraordinaire that I miss them so.

The mall is Clean, food court is on the smaller side compared to other simon malls, not much selection, But what they have is good. Theres no place to rest while walking around, there is space for it so I dont get why they dont put a couple of places to sit. Stores are pretty boring.. Most stores I shop at for myself or for my kids I have to make the trip to Burlington or Rockingham, ugh! Forever 21, Primark, Disney store, Charlotte Russe, Etc... pls more stores like this! Its sad because this mall could be better..

The mall parking lot was under construction, I parked my new vehicle in the end of the lot.Came out and found that my car had been hit by a mall employee whom had refused to give me her license or registration, moved Her truck 2 spaces over and bold face lied to the policeman saying that her vehicle may have been too close but didnt admit to hitting my vehicle.Meanwhile she was on her lunch hour from Envy Massage Spa,having a drink with a friend. The Mall Security didnt do a thing to assist me in this ordeal.

Pretty nice place, but ever since the renovation, it has lost its historic charm. A lot of shops, but more and more are just clothes stores that look alike. The mall used to have to different game stores, but Gamestop bought them up, so they kind of have a monopoly on video games in the area. The food court is decent, if you are okay with overly greesy foods. Dont get me wrong, there are some nice stores at the mall. Such as Teavana, Brookstone, Joshs Toy Store, Red Robin, FYE, Spencers, and Hot Topic.

When I walked into the Pheasant Lane Mall to do some of my holiday shopping on Black Friday I was THRILLED to find a new coat check service! Instead of lugging around my coat all day, I paid $3 to check my coat while I took care of holiday shopping... without having to worry about carrying (or losing!) my coat. If youre looking to improve your shopping experience even more, check out Drop & Shop Coat Check located on the lower level by Sears. Such a convenience for such a small fee!

I have to say the Sephora inside (not JC Penny one) is the WORST sephora I have ever went to! The staff there are so rude and made so many mistakes while checking out(which leads to make you pay more money than you should!). btw when I said so many mistakes, I mean 2- I happened to bought stuff twice today, and they made 1 mistake each just so that if I havent double check the price, they would have charged more than I should tonight.

Doesnt seem to get as crowded as some of the larger malls and has a pretty solid store selection. The store quality has slowly gone up over the past couple years. Wish the food court had some better variety like maybe some Indian food or barbecue. Dont let the Texas BBQ place trick you, its just another Chinese food place and being a native Texan, a little offensive that they would call themselves that.
