Not as upscale as you would think. Basically zero security. I told a few older teens that they should stop yelling inappropriate things about having certain body parts sucked. I was with my 5 year old girl and my two boys when a foot behind me these clowns were telling profanity. They then proceeded to verbally attack me. I told my oldest to take the young ones to the car as we were by the exit anyway. I rolled up my sleeves after telling them to leave me alone several times (they followed me). Im 6 220lbs marine war vet. They were five 18 years old punks. It was a big scene. A few times they actually pushed me. I asked them to follow me outside but they declined..probably because I told them I was going to rip their eyes out. Thanks security! Next time might get bloody. Kids these days carry weapons. Marine vets these days carry ptsd....

Excellent service at this store. Both team members helpful and refreshingly cooperative with each other. They were proactive and engaging with other customers. Impressive. Natasha is absolutely amazing. Polite, personable and professional. She went the extra mile to help me fix my tablet, learn more about accessories, prices and insurance, plus she had the experience and knowledge to answer all of my questions. What a kind soul and an efficient representative. You feel like youre to a good friend, sister or neighbor. She jas a bright future in anything she does and she undoubtedly could do a great service to all by training others to be top professional retailers. And they had the TV on the Discovery channel! Good vibes! I wish all the AT&T stores were this cool.

While Natick is a bit of a drive from the population center in Boston, its probably the only place I really consider a honest full scale mall in the region. A wide cross section of the chains that are considered "mall" stores have found their way into or around this mall, and that means that a trip here will likely net you the items and selection you would expect. Internally the architecture is open, but over all the buildings are fairly plain, and with the advantage of selection comes the disadvantage that there is really nothing unique at this mall. Its a fine place to get some needed items, or even hang out, but its not going to net you much that you couldnt find on Amazon and have delivered to your door for the price of gas to and from Boston proper.

The Natick Mall is an awesome mall that is located near Framingham, MA in Greater Boston. The mall is so large and has many shops and stores that you could be in all day. There are currently 6 department stores, many upscale stores (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Burberry ext near Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus in the new wing) with many typical stores as well. Restaurants in the food court are very good and there are many options with food from many different cultures. There are also many great restaurants throughout the mall as well! Parking can be very hard to find, however, especially on Saturdays, so i would recommend that if you cant find a space, head into the parking garages! In conclusion, a great mall.

I grew up going to the Natick Mall and since its expansion, there is just so much more to look at and buy! The Natick Mall has always been very clean and has always been very accessible. There have been a few times when I had to use a wheelchair and they are just so accommodating...you call, let them know youll be there in 5-10 minutes, tell them where youll be parking and theyll leave the wheelchair in that area for you when you arrive. All you have to do is call them once you are about to leave in order for them to get it back. I do wish they had more elevators that werent in the corners of each wing but otherwise, I have no complaints!

Good selections for stores but the parking lot is horrible. No matter what day, time, or time of year we go we always end up driving up and down every aisle looking for a spot. They also recently added barricades to direct traffic in the parking lot in front of Macys/Crate and Barrel which actually makes navigating that part of the parking lot even worse. We do make the drive from Foxboro out to this mall frequently because we like some of the stores that are located here and we also like the proximity to other stores in the area but Im always disappointed by the parking lot to this mall.

Nice mall, good place to walk around and several places to eat. Most of the places here are extremely expensive so dont go looking for a bargain here but it still is a very nice place to go. Even when they have sales its not actually a sale. It has clean bathrooms, plenty of elevators and even when packed there is moving room (unless its the day before Christmas). Parking is a hassle if you are here around the holidays but otherwise its a very nice place to visit. They have decent signs and directions as well. Nice place, not to over enthused about it, but it is nice.

I live real close to this mall. They have almost every store you can think of. They have a very nice play area called Beantown which is great for the kids to blow off steam on rainy days or cold winter days. It can get VERY busy in the play area. They have todler toilets in the back and in the upscale bathrooms in the new expansion of the mall. The mall opens very early on Sunday and Saturday so you can walk around and get some exercise. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonalds all open early on these days (Sundays can be iffy).

I have been going to this mall since I was a kid and I have loved every trip! There is a lot of stores and restaurants which makes a good variety and even with the openings and closings, it doesnt feel like a vacant mall at all times and it caters to anybody who wants to shop in MA. No wonder why people go to the Natick Mall all the way from Downtown Boston. Parking is plentiful but it can get busy at holidays which is common. Overall, wonderful mall and it is an asset in the area.

I like to go the Natick Mall because its very close to my house.what I dont like about the Natick Mall is it is too big. It definitely has a wide variety of selection of stores. There is Neiman Marcus, Burberry, Lululemon, Sur La Table and then you can go to the other side of the mall and find the limited, Victorias Secret, bath and Bodyworks, and white barn, H&M and several restaurants PF Changs, Met Bar and there is a food court near Sears. Lots of things for lots of people.

If youre looking for high-end Couture fashion and items this is the mall for you. I often enjoy going here just to see whats in style and pick up a few things. There are dining options but mostly chains such as Cheesecake Factory or California Pizza. They also have a booth to exchange currency which is the only place in the state of Massachusetts you can do this outside of a local bank. Always good for that last minute shopping trip before traveling.
