The building itself is falling apart, security is non existent except when they harass clean-cut customers, and when theres a festival in the parking lot, gangs stab people. The few remaining chain stores are anomalies and many of the immigrant run shops have closed as well. Theres a few places worth going to on their own, like the custom shirt place and the massage place ($30 for a half hour, no appointment necessary!) but its not a place where its even possible to wander around, ducking into interesting shops and having a nice mall trip. Midtown Mall remains the most trashy, most likely to get stabbed at mall in Worcester, but Greendale is putting up a fighting effort. However, given the handicap of not having the downtown bum population to draw on, Greendale will only win the Worst Worcester Mall crown if Midtown Mall is demolished first.

The mall now only has small junk stores. The escalators in the mall havent worked in over two years. And theres only a couple of quickie places for eating. For any mall to do well, it must have large anchor stores like Macys, Sears, jc Pennys, etc. Also needs a sit-down restaurant. Any clothing store there sell teenage clothes I wouldnt be caught dead in. Looks like mall management needs to be taught the 101s of running a mall. No reason for mature adults to go there. Something should have been done a long time ago.

The mall itself is essentially a dump. The stores are not really worth mentioning. Its usually very quiet. The TJ Maxx is not too bad, and Best Buy will be bring me down there for some items, or to see something in person before I order online (yes, Im that guy). The mall was nice when it opened, but has gone down hill considerably since then. For a git, or something small, its fine, but dont go there thinking your going to find something unexpected. Parking is free, there is a small garage for the winter months.

This mall is horrible. There are more buckets on the floor catching leaks then there are stores! DSW, Best Buy, Marshals and Old Navy are good but the mall as a whole is absolutely garbage. I live 2 minutes away and would rather travel to solomon pond 15-20 minutes away instead. This mall will end up shutting down like the one down town if someone doesnt provide people with a better shopping experience. At least fix the ceiling and put in better lighting for christ sake.

It has a few stores I cant live without such as Best Buy, Bath and Body Works, The Childrens Place, DSW and TJ Maxx. The thing is, it also has a ton of empty stores and the food court is legitimately empty- not one restaurant. My family visits this mall frequently for the above named stores and our kids love the little arcade thats on the main floor. I hope they fix up this mall and get it back to its former status.

People who grew up here like I did have love for this mall. But it is a failing mall. You cant expect them to fix things and give you a fatastic experience if they barely have any store fronts filled. I support local places like this one. And considering its size Ito never really was a mall to begin with if you take in account that its not a large structure. The blind lead the blind in these reviews.

Pleasant, quiet, not crowded but then it was Saturday and some stores were closed and others werent available as of yet (under construction). Only 2 places to eat..chinese and Mexican. We tried Chinese and it was pretty good, loved the rice. Even my granddaughter the picky eater liked it and she dont like much. I am looking forward to the Malls expansion to update my review.

The mall is falling apart; buckets to catch the roof leaks whenever it rains, escalators closed off(permanent wall built). The only things keeping this from one star are a few decent anchor stores(best buy, home goods, and big lots). Other than that, theres no reason to come here to shop. The two food court choices are family owned, and a great place for lunch.

I want to give The Greendale Mall a higher rating but I cant. This is the mall I grew up going to and its sad to see it fall. I still go here from time to time for TJMAXX, Best Buy, and Big Lots. It doesnt have a variety of options anymore and thats why the rating is low. Other then that its always clean when I go there and parking is never an issue.

We saw a TJ Maxx-which was ok and a few other stores like a Big lots. We circled the Mall to see what store we could see from the car-didnt see that many. We did go in TJ Maxx, but we didnt spend much time here. When we are back in this area we most likely wouldnt go back. 2.0 stars. The 2 stars for adequate parking and TJ Maxx.

Only good thing was Best Buy. I am from out of state parked a school bus there 2 hrs before they opened figure nice place to lay low waiting for the group I drove. Even went and made a purchase at Best Buy. Got asked by security to move to back of lot so people didnt see the bus... Dying mall 2 stars only cause Best Buy

This mall used to be a lot better. It has the usual mall stores, with the anchor stores of Big Lots at one end and Best Buy at the other. The food court is OK. The DSW shoe store and TJ Maxx home are both good reasons to go. Plus there are a few smaller locally-owned businesses that are sort of hit-or-miss.

Nice place to kill some time. Limited stores to choose from tho. Its seems that this mall is not very busy. Stores are closing, or gone already. We need to liven this place up and bring back the shopping experience to this area. Its in a great location, right off the hwy. At least check it out before its gone.

A dying mall if there ever was one. With Best Buy, Big Lots and HomeGoods as the only anchors, the rest of yhe mall has a smattering of small stores. A stereotypical Mexican and Chinese restaurant make up the food court. Its a very sad picture of a once thriving mall. Without the anchors it be dead.

I wish I could give part starship would give 3-1/2. There are no good malls right in Worcester so this is what we have. Only a couple places I actually go here but if they/the mall leave we have almost nothing. We need to support the things in our immediate area or we will have nothing.

Most of the stores are gone. Looks like the place is closing. Now, the remaining stores are worth visiting. Staff at Best Buy is awesome. Cant beat the deals at Rue 21. Can find everything I need at TJX. Theres a huge CW and a Big Lots. Like I said, not to much too visit but its ok.

This is one of the best malls in the United States, Simon property group allowed it to enter a voluntary foreclosure and made some of the largest efforts of any mall property manager in the country to allow non customary tenants like the "bling bling exchange" all to no avail.

Failing mall. It doesnt have much to it. Aeropostale, Best Buy, bath and body works, Tj max are my reasons to go here. Run of the mill inexpensive phone case kiosks. Food court is none existent. not really a mall experience for me, more of a get in and get out.
