I bought a car and got ripped off. It needed cat converter to get smog. After paying $6400 for a 2007 prius I had to put $2000 only to have the hybrid very costly battery die. When I first called Peddle the guy was abrupt and the offer on car was bouncing and went lower so I didnt feel comfortable. I checked BBB and reviews. Then I got an offer that wasnt what I wanted but very reasonable especially because I received a call from another auction company who wanted to pick up for 1,000. My final offer was $1350 with Peddle. When I accepted offer on Sunday night online I got a call from very nice girl next morning and Scheduled pick up time for next day and Copart tow truck driver was nice and professional and it was simple process and I received exactly as quoted. I electronically put check in bank and lets hope it clears in next 24 hours. If it doesnt you will hear back from me. Went online and filled out my release of liability, took copy of everything including my pink slip. Battery was dead so car had no power. Hard to sell in that condition to individual. Trade in offered was $500. Unavailable to verify miles or what was odometer as no power. From sitting the other battery died as well. I just purchased a year ago so the miles given to me were on the pink at that time. Vin was given to them prior to pick up so all went smoothly. Gave them a 5 star because I expect check to clear. As I said... If I have any issues you will see this change tomorrow.

I called to inquire on Monday, March 27, 2017 the representative took my information about the car I was junking. I informed her about the Cadillac converter being gone. She stated $260. I am aware of the way junking a car goes. I know junk yards change the weight of metal daily. So on the day of pickup, the driver who was very pleasant and courteous, informed me of the price $250. Instead of $260. I was ok with it. But then he checked the converter and said it was not on the car. I informed him that was conveyed with the first representative when I first called. He had to verify, and the response was to only pay $200. That was not a good feeling. I felt taken advantage of. It was stated clearly on the phone with the rep. No converter!. It was hard enough to part with the car, and to be misrepresentated was worse. I know that would not have happened if I was a man.

First let me say I never post reviews on internet experiences rather they are good or bad but this service was so outstanding I had to leave a review. I made the request on peddle to sell my car after hours and was contacted shortly after 8 am the next day. They also worked with me and my schedule when I had reschudule due to circumstances. Copart, who was the service used to purchase the car, contacted me daily and made sure that I had everything I needed to make the transition very smooth. I highly recommend this service to anyone trying to sell their car. As a side note the website is very user friendly!

This was a seamless experience. The website is brilliant, detailing every step that needs to be taken. The tow truck driver arrived this morning and was so responsible, checking everything, spelling on the check and he was able to tow my car with ease. This also was the highest bid since I did my due diligence and checked other places. The person answering the phone at both other places sounded so disinterested and cavalier. The people at Peddle were friendly and helpful. Towing was within 24 hours of my request. To you Peddle I say, danke schoen, merci beaucoup, toda raba, gracias, and THANK-YOU!

Peddle is the definition of incompetence. However, incompetence is only one of many adjectives that describes Peddles lack of professionalism. They are also as shady as any used car salesman. Their initial offer is not their highest offer so hold out for the higher counter offer. Finally, when you do settle on an offer expect for them to miss the pick up time for you at least 3 times before finally picking it up, so dont use up any of your personal days to wait themto pick up your car. Dont use up your personal days for this nonsense like I did.

I dont know about their services in other areas of the country, but in Montana they are excellent. They offered me double the money every other service/local junk yard was offering me for my junk truck. Their customer service was helpful, although they probably called me a little more than necessary to check up on weather or not the two truck had come. They go through a third party towing service, which in my case was on time and came to my doorstep with a check in hand to tow my old truck.

Never use this company!!!! Claimed we did not accept an offer we did (even had to go to DMV and pay for duplicate title). We really expected this deal went through. Never heard from person who was supposed to pick up. Two days later we find out we are still "processing". and get a lesser offer. Extremely incompetent woman who could only parrot the same thing over and over. If not on the script has no way of dealing with things - not that she showed the slightest inclination to help.

This was a very easy process from first communication to pick up. Plenty of communication made it very easy to understand each step of the process very clearly. The offer was a fair price and even went so far as to beat another offer that was made. The cars engine was shot, the car was 15 years old and this was the easiest way to get a fair price for the car. I didnt have to lift a finger except to dial the phone.

The process was easy and fast. Once i decided to donate my car, the rest was done for me. Peddle quickly reached out to me set me up with a local tow truck business. They sent a guy to my house free of charge. He was very kind an curtious an he worked with my schedule. Peddle was awesome an I would recommend them to anyone needing their services..dont waste your time with anyone else.

Awful. Called Sunday and they didnt get a tow truck till Wednesday. Said they would be here 8-12. Never showed. Never called. Customer service people act like they have no clue whats going on. Had to call 2-3 times to actually find out when a truck was coming. Which was still after the time they gave me. Wont let you tow the car to them. Dont waste your time.

We had an appointment set between 12-3 for pick up. Between those hours I called several times wondering if they were coming to get the vehicle. I was left on hold for more than 15 minutes, told that there were no tow trucks available, and hung up on. Needless to say, the tow truck finally came at 6pm. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Worst Place Ever! Received my Acura and the condition is terrible. They didnt even care to tell me that it was used and abused, will be needing another engine. Thanks for Nothing, Shady Company would advise not dealing with them or purchasing.
