I just called to see my balance and to my surprise I havent even put a dent in the loan, if you go here make sure you are ready to pay mainly interest every 2 weeks, of course they dont say that when signing you up, as for any repairs I have been having trouble with a scraping noise since month 2 of having it and the A+ mechanics dont really like to get you in, there is always an excuse I have had this vehicle for 16 months and finally got in to the shop, sat there for 3 hours only for them to say we cant do anything we need to order parts and it will be an all day job since they have to lift the motor out and then put it all back together, so I made an appointment he said since it is an all day job he wouldnt schedule anything else that day so they could make sure it was done that day and ready to take home and I could drop it off at night or plan to stay all day I chose to stay being that its my only vehicle, when I get there he said well I cant get started right away since I had 3 other appointments and I could leave it there so again I told him I couldnt leave without it since its my only vehicle, he said well let me know when that would be ok to leave it and they would fix it. So I left and didnt schedule an appointment bc I dont know when I could get in, he said they dont offer loaner cars, so I said could I trade it in since its been such a hassle he said I think they want at least 2 years before they think about doing that, so I am stuck with this and this payment issue until I can get something else, the people that are in there now seem to not care when you walk in I see people in their cubical and offices and noone greets you until you stand there starring at them then they ask who are you looking for , not even coming out just behind the glass shouting,very unprofessional, most places Ive visited the salesperson comes out to greet you the people working now are not the ones I had when we got the vehicle. The guys that were there did a great job and thats why I bought from jd byrider Austin, if I am going to be paying a company more that what this vehicle is actually worth maybe the people could actually care bc the customers are giving them paychecks, if there arent buyers then they wouldnt have a job!

IMPORTANT! GENERAL MANAGER TRACY TOLD ME IF YOU ARE ONE DAY LATE ON PAYMENT YOU GO IN DEFAULT AND YOUR CAR WILL BE REPOSSESSED!! Love the sales team but hate that Ive brought my car in 3 times already for repairs including the fact that its raining in my car and only had it less than a month! My seats and ceilings have water stains now and I just can justify paying over $18000 for this headache! Every day my car is in the shop Im losing money! Just put me in a car with no problems please!!! Update: waited a whole weekend to bring car in they said parts will be here Monday then they said bring it in Tuesday. Its Tuesday and they called me saying a couple more days til parts are ready ( again ) got car back without headliner and interior moldings! My payments are $500 a month and today Ive had the car 32 days! I am very very upset and this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had! I will update with link to more photos and video soon!

I had been looking for a car for months now not getting lucky until I came across this company on Craigslist. I talked to Ms Margaret serval times were she guaranteed me that I would get approved all I had to do was find a way to get the the lot, and without a doubt I am now driving off and my brand new Ford Fusion. My down payment was never a question, they told me 2 weeks ahead of time what I needed to bring in that that was it nothing more. I am truly grateful for them.

When we went to buy our car it was a good experience. They didnt have that many cars for us to choose from that was in our "budget" according to them. Then the lady Margaret wanted us to give us a 5 star review right away but I decided to wait it out, its been months and they havent given us our plates for the car. My husband and I keep calling and when they transfer us to anyone else nobody answers. It seems shady to us that we cant talk to anyone or get our plates!

I was helped tremendously by the salesman Margarette Warnell. She assisted me in getting the car I wanted and even held it with a small deposit until I could come back on Friday to pay the rest of the downpayment. She was very kind and cares a great deal about her customers. I will continue to recommend friends to check them out. Also they always have a nice selection of cars for those of you needing a ride asap, and with no hassle, and no credit check.

I honestly never write reviews but this is needed. I had been looking for a car for a long time before coming here. Margaret Warnell made my process quick, smooth, and as easy as possible for me to get approved and in a vehicle. She is the best vehicle salesperson I have ever worked with. She says that she will take care of you before, during, AND after the sale. If youre looking for a car go to JD Byrider and ask for her. You will not regret it.

I went to alot of car places was turned down for many other reason and I just so happen to get online and start looking and I found J.D BYRIDER. I called and talked to MRS.Margaret and she really helped me out she is the best sales person they have. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! They are all about the sale. I got an Uplander($1200 dwn pmt) from them and less than a month later the transmission started slipping. Then they traded me out for another vehicle and expected me to continue paying the deferred payment on the vehicle they traded me out for($1750 dwn pmt) and the one with the messed up transmission ($1200 dwn pmt). All I can say is BEWARE!! Swindlers

Well, here I am again. Hurting for a vehicle. And jd byrider did me right again. With what I was able to put down on a vehicle, they made it happen and got me into a newer vehicle, Tyler and the new girl(cant remember her name, Karen I think) they both treated me good and I would recommend this place to anyone who has their stuff together and can bring the eligible paperwork needed. When I went to JD Byrider, I thought I was completely out of options. But they treated me with respect and made sure I could afford the monthly payments. The facility is very nice, it feels like a new car dealership. The warranty is the best in the industry. You wont find $5.00 oil changes or $27.00 repairs anywhere else.
