I bought an 2009 Ford F350 Lariat from this business. I am from New York an was looking to get a nice used diesel truck with little to no rust which is why I was looking in Texas. Signature Auto appealed to me because I found a deal on a truck for slightly less than what I had seen at comparable dealers. Because I was purchasing remotely I had to put a lot of faith in the Signature Auto Team. After reading all the great reviews and speaking with the friendly staff I thought I was in good hands. My feeling is that they took advantage of the situation. The team did a walk through via the phone with me pointing out all the "flaws" with the vehicle. They mentioned some minor scratches, a automated mirror with most its functionality. All and all it seemed like a very good deal and the people working there like Ron seemed very nice and knowledgeable. This I dont believe is the case any longer. The day I received the Truck it came with the minor scratches and the automated mirror with the limited functionality but it also came with a large number of other issues. Here is the list: 1. Ball joints were worn out 2. Tire rod ends needed to be replaced 3. Track Bar needed to be replaced 4. There was a small crack in one of the rims that became a very large crack after the tires were first rotated and it was under the weight of the front end. 3. Very slow Oil leak (still present as diagnostic costs would be outrageous) 4. Many of the light bulbs were out on the truck blinkers, tail lights, head lights, etc 5. Wind Shield Wipers had no rubber left on them This all cost upwards of $3000 to repair. That was with me performing much of the repairs myself. Not only were these repairs expensive but the truck was a safety hazard. When driving at aprrox 35 to 55 miles an hour the whole front end would vibrate violently and the truck had to be brought to a stop to then proceed. The truck had to be taken off the road until the repairs could be completed for it to be road worthy,. After purchasing the truck and realizing all the issues it had associated with it I brought these issues to Ron and he then directed me to Dan Driskell. Daniel Must be in charge or the owner. He was extremely unhelpful, I told him about the issues and we sent emails back and forth for 6 months where I was asking for compensation for these problems. In the end he had the audacity to send me an obnoxious note that read "From my own pocket" with $100 after I has spent thousands in repairs. This was sent as if he was doing me some huge favor by sending me $100. It was ridiculous. IN CONCLUSION SIGNATURE AUTO DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE VEHICLES WHATSOEVER!!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING WITH THE LEMON THEY SELL YOU!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

My wife and I spent months driving from dealer to dealer to find the perfect first car for our daughter. I knew this was going to be a hassle as I have gone through the whole dealership process before but my wife felt that this was the best option. Every franchise dealer we visited gave us the same long drawn out process that I wanted to avoid and clearly could tell all they wanted to do was make a sale which I understand because that is how they get paid. After a couple months of going back and forth on prices and having salesman blow my phone up everyday, I knew I didnt feel comfortable with any of them and my wife agreed. I started doing my own research online and came across Signature Autos. Knowing they are a non franchise dealership didnt scare me in the least bit because I know they have an image and reputation to maintain. Everyone always thinks "oh you should never buy from a non franchise dealer because they are just going to give you a lemon" but this is so wrong. I have plenty of friends who work in franchise dealerships and heard plenty of horror stories. This is why you are starting to see online dealerships popping up everywhere, no one wants to deal with the hassle anymore. Major dealerships dont need to stress about their image because one upset customer here and there wont affect their brand. Non franchise dealers must put their customers first and stand behind their cars and based on all the reviews and beautiful inventory I felt it valuable to visit. -Location is genius, (save money on overhead so they can spend it on what matters most.....the car inventory) -Super relaxed non pushy (We worked with the owner Dan Driskell and he answered all our questions and was super respectful of our concerns. He assured us he didnt want us to feel pressured in anyway) this is extremely rare when dealing with salesman -Took the car for a test drive by ourselves which was very nice -We asked Dan if we could have the vehicle inspected and he gave us a few third party inspectors who have no affiliation with Signature Autos and also gave us the report they had (I really liked this because I am not going to trust a service manager at a major dealership) We took the car to our own inspector just to give us peace of mind because this is for our daughter and everything checked out perfectly. Signature Autos pricing is among the most aggressive and there was no need to negotiate which made everything so much easier. The whole process was so quick and easy and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. My only wish is that we didnt just go to Signature Autos first

I found a car we were interested in online and we visited Signature to take it for a drive. Im, like many, am skeptical when visiting a dealership and I liked what Derek (the person I dealt with) had to say. He represented a dealership that was small quality focused (quality of cars & service) in a way that is unusual in the industry. After a test drive I decided to purchase the car. I admittedly believed Dereks representation and asked if the car fax was clean and if I could have a copy of it (the car only had 16,000 miles on it). He replied yes to both enthusiastically. We went through the process and, like a fool, I did not get the carfax before we bought the car. Two days later I received an email from Derek that said he had the carfax and that there was rear end damage to the car which is "why I got such a good price". He actually emailed that to me. This car was for my 16 year old daughter and I told him from the start that I needed a perfect car with no damage history so it was as safe as possible. I got duped, period. Shame on me - Im normally quite astute with things like this but made the mistake of believing was I was told. I guess that the notion of an honest used car dealer was refreshing and I got bit. Bottom line, we overpaid for a car that we thought was perfect and now our 16 year old daughter has to drive a car with damage history. Beware of this dealership - like others apparently they cant be trusted.

What a wonderful experience. I just bought a Mercedes ML350, and all I can say is this is the way car-buying should be. We called in and let them know the vehicle we were interested in. When we arrived a very friendly associate, Ron, said all he needed was to snap a picture of my license and he handed me the key. He had already driven the car down for us, so it was literally minutes after arriving that we were on our test drive. Before buying, we had a couple questions about the history of the car and Ron put us in contact with the owner Daniel. Daniel was the same as Ron....no pressure, very polite and service oriented. The level of service and care was amazing. They say at the Four Seasons resorts they anticipate what will make your stay as pleasant as possible and then make sure it happens. I would say as far as service, comfort, ease of doing business, and having a quality product this was the "four seasons" experience of buying a car.
