First and only time going to this Goodwill location. Staff was rude & had very poor customer skills; I had multiple problems with them from -literally- the first step I took into the store. There was lot of yelling and boisterous activity coming from them, it was very uncomfortable. Later, family tried to join me in the store and a very rude employee chased them back out of the store over an honest & simple mistake that could have been handled more professionally and courteously. Wow, two for two on poor impressions as soon as customers step into the store. The place was not organized as well as other Goodwills I have visited and considering what I have already stated about the staff, I was not impressed with anything this place had to offer. Ended up going to the Goodwill Superstore just a few minutes up the road on I-30 in Garland, TX. Much better selection, much better organization, and a much better staff. I recommend going to that one instead.

I have been going to this location for years and its great. However I believe that the employees are a reflection of the store itself.What I saw this evening made me mad and sympathetic for the new female employee.This joyful and pleasant new girl working there at the cash register had a half mile long line as the other 3 employees ignored her! I mean 2 were right there gossiping to eachother and the other was pretending to hang clothes.When it was my turn I said to the new girl, "I see what theyre doing to you" and her reply to me was" I know, its okay I will not complain because I like my job"....Let me say this to the owner out there reading this: This 1 new girl is worth more than a handful of degenerate employees who have been there longer!

Store is very dirty and unorganized. There were kids opening the games and sitting on the floor with toys scattered everywhere. There were broken items and empty boxes all over the shelves. Books were all over the floor and tons of items sitting on the bookshelves. There were clothes piled on the floor under the racks, meanwhile 3-4 employees were standing in the front talking. Ive been in the store several times and found the same broken items on the shelf from weeks previous. The employees were nice, but not doing any work. This store needs some serious changes to even make it satisfactory.

I like this store and frequent it fairly often. The staff has always been real helpful and nice to me. I wish they had furniture. But they do have a pretty good selection of electronics, lamps/floor lamps, kitchen/glassware, artwork, books, cds, clothes, shoes, handbags.Their prices are alittle higher for clothes than some independent thrift stores but I still find some good buys there.

Found what I needed fast, but, for a pair of used pants like I needed, saw the same at Walmart the next day for the same price brand new. The employees were rude, I asked for help from 2 people and they kept walking. Only good point I saw was the cashier, she was pleasant.

They need to lower prices on their stuff I mean its given to them an they r only legally binded to give 10 % of the profits to the goodwill cause/charity and so lowering their prices should not be such a big deal instead of gowging the bargain shopper for no good reason

Been coming here on and off for years. One of my favorite spots when I come to town. We picked up many good kid books for a low cost. Great deals on clothes and home wear. They even have golf clubs if your a golfer.

It was a wonderful experience shopping at the Goodwill they had 25% and 50% of clothing shoes backpacks purses plus tax free weekend I purchase one skirt suit 7 or 8 blouses B three pairs of shoes all for $32

I generally dont care for Goodwill stores because of their business practices, but my husband loves this location when finding clothes for work. He gets a lot of his dress shirts and pants here.

The Goodwill is a large store with a great selection. There are several rows of Mens Clothing and even more of Womens Clothing. This is the most organized Goodwill I have shopped.
