You can spend a lot of time looking for jeans, because the sizes and genders are pretty much mixed together (this could just be because I usually go there in the evening). They do have great product and great prices for pants (shirts as well), and its worth the effort. Heres my point. Dont spend all your time looking at the clothes. Theres a whole other back half of the store filled with everything else – and all I fairly priced. Its not the place to go for furniture. But for most everything else I can guarantee youll find something you like, and probably purchase. The folks in charge are friendly. They treat you with good humor, respect, and show their gratitude for your support for Goodwill. Unlike many thrift stores they do allow returns and exchanges on certain items-including clothing. Like all thrift stores they come with their products using colors so if youre colorblind like I am that can make it a bit more difficult.

They should to open late until 9:00pm. Because a lot people get out of work at 7:00pm (like me and all my friends ) we ran over about 7:15pm. And the girl in the front desk speaking on the micro : "have to check out in 5 mins." What? Close at 8:00pm. But you try to kick customers out before 7:30pm?? I went there too many time after work its all the time the same and in the morning I work at 10:00am they open at 10:00am. On Sunday I work 12:00- 5:00pm but we just get in and the lady or the girl try to say: have to check out in 5mins. Omg. And they closed the fitting room early so you can try the clothing then they said:if not fit you can return in 10 days but when I returned it the old staff look at me with the higher voice: what happen? Why you return? And he look at me not nice I mean not like when we check out. I dont feel good about it.

The reviews for this place are proof for me that sometimes you have to visit a place yourself to see. I had no issues with the employees here, they were not "super friendly", but they were not rude either. Its a thrift store... I went shopping here Saturday and I was super impressed with how clean and organized everything was. I buy my VHS tapes (Im that one person who still watches them lol!) from Goodwill and I loved how they had all the Disney collection together. This Goodwill prices were a little more than the one in Denton where I usually shop, but thats ok, its still relatively cheap. Where else could I get a almost new Fossil wallet for 4.99? I will be back.

The original staff is great.. But corporate office staff are horrid people they are rude and unprofessional. They do NOT follow the same standards that they expect from the store employees 5 ft you must speak!! They could be in the store from open to close and not say 1 word to any of the customers they are by. They are extremely rude to the store employees and treat them like slaves.. While they bark out orders and not willing to help and reprimand the employee for not doing it exactly the way they want. And they do not have an open door policy and are not willing to take improvement suggestions from the employees..

I was just here yesterday and I had NO issues! The cashier was so gracious and kind. I really wish I caught her name. I was able to find things so easily. The only thing I can think was wrong was their hanging signs were over the wong areas. But they could have been moving sections. I'm so sorry some people had a bad experience here but I didn't. I drove from North Dallas to this location and will be willing to do it again. The clothes i bought are in NEW condition and only spent a couple dollars per item. I was so pleased!

This Goodwill has time and time again proved its self as a great establishment. This Thrift Shop is awesome! Great items and an awesome staff! Only Problem is that there are select customers that remove items from carts before they are put on the shelf, this IS AGAINST goodwill policy and needs to stop. The staff is really friendly and nice and I will come multiple times a day just to experience a cool thrift shop, would recommend to anyone and everyone. The staff always asks me about family and I will remain a loyal customer here.

clean, good service. you need to go whenever you have time to browse around, you will find good deals. Prices are sometimes high for the kids clothes, some are dirty or with holes for $3.99? i rather go to target, the linens are priced good same for plates and glasses, $0.59-$0.99 they give u a little discount if you buy more than 5 pieces which is good also.Overall good, they have fitting rooms which is a big +

The variety of stuff is great but the cashiers and manager are all so rude and have horrible attitudes. You cant even ask them anything or theyll cop an attitude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Youre better off going to the salvation army down the street. Theyre a lot friendlier there.

This is one of our FAVORITE Goodwills for what we do (we LOVE dishes!!!). The staff has ALWAYS been friendly to us (I think they are as friendly to you as you are to them!). We drive from up near the Red River just to go to this Goodwill!!

This store is a mess. Bad lighting. Clothes are mixed with mens and women so you can never find mens jeans! The racks are over packed so you cant pull anything off. Wrongs sizes everywhere! Bad smells! Bad parking!

Mostly clothes but a wide selection to choose from. There are some household goods. No furniture or large appliances. Go on Tuesdays when they get in new stuff.

They dont look at price stickers they just put whatever they want. Paid 2 bucks for a .25 cent item. I Will watch closer nexttime. If there is next time!

Its really hit and miss, more so than other Goodwills. I guess thats not their fault, but just a heads up that people arent bringing their stuff here.
