i went in today to take advantage of a promotion that came in the weekly mailers. They were advertising a pair of Sperry sandals for 20.00. The ad had a picture of them with the note (other colors available). I picked out a pair and went to the register and low and behold only the one color was on sale. It was a literal bait and switch. I will never set foot back in this store and I will tell anyone I speak with about the shady advertising practices i encountered.

When we went in I was expecting to be greeted and told where the shoes we were looking for were located. We received far more help than I anticipated. The associate knew how dofferent brands were cut and which ones had wide sizes. She was fun and professional. My teenage son hates shopping, so it was really nice to have someone make the experience pleasant. He even said he would go back there. Thank you!

Girlfriend wanted a pair of sperrys for Christmas, looked online and peltz was $10 less than anyone. I reserved the shoes online and picked them up next day. To my surprise there was a $7 off $50 promo, so I saved even more! You have earned me as a repeat customer, and I will be telling all my friends, family, and colleagues about your business.

Not welcomed walking in, had to interrupt inactive staff to get help, salesperson inattentive and inexperienced, had to repeat size many times, had to teach salesperson some basics. Went there for a specific unusual New Balance size, they had it.
