The staff at the New Balance Store in Ft Myers is one of the best I have ever seen. The entire shopping experience was absolutely perfect. I was correctly measured and fitted with the correct shoes. They gave me expert advice on how to care for my feet and my shoes. Most places point to the shoe department an at best try to up-sell you on shoes they are featuring. If you want a service orientated shoe consultant you have to go to the New Balance store at Snydermans plaza. I know you want reqret it.

Great service! From the staff to Mr. Synderman himself were all very helpful. They spent the time to fit my shoe perfectly as I was not getting the right fit. They go above and beyond the service I expected, having the "old time" service a shoe store used to have. They have modern equipment to help determine your foot in order to obtain the right fit along with a huge selection of shoes to choose from. They will stand by their products as well! Thank you again!
