I had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with your sales associate, Barb! She was the MOST PLEASANT and WONDERFUL person I have experienced in a customer service situation in a long time. She was very personable and was quick to answer any question I asked. She made me feel comfortable and was very helpful. (Also, she told me her age and SHE DOESNT look it and shes very adorable and hot!)

Red Wing should send their sales representatives to "Lucky Shoes" & get educated on what a Professional Sales man does to enhance a customers shopping experience. Sales training would be a major improvement @ this store.
