I live in Naples but drove all the way up to Ft. Myers to look at some boots. Boy was I glad I made the drive. I met and was helped by Edgar the owner of the store. He knows his Red Wing boots, I was very impressed by his vast knowledge of every boot/shoe he sells. If your new to Red Wings and your not sure what size/style is best for you go see Edgar you wont regret it. Will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks!

Great service. Great attitude. Worked in Florida on hurricane Irma and needed some insoles. I got more than I needed they got me the insoles, but also oiled and put new laces in. Well back to work for me got to finish getting the power back on. Lineman 4 Life

Full and friendly service. Went in for some work boots tried a few on and bought a pair. The next morning they didnt fit as good, took them back and exchanged them no problem, just paid the difference. They really know their boots and exactly what you need.

Went yesterday to buy boots. Checked my shoe size. I wear 12 E. The lady said, "we dont carry E because it is very close to D," She didnt even offer to order the correct size for me. Ill be shopping elsewhere.
