I wasnt sure if I should give 3 or 2 stars, but I think 3 is fair. Read and decide. PROS: ---Responsive. If they didnt pick up, they returned calls and emails within a day. Customer service was received mostly from Andrea, Reggie, Marykate, and Jeff the manager. As I purchased the car without seeing it, Andrea took time to take videos of it for me without me asking. ---I visited their website after giving my deposit, and asked if car delivery and the 3 day return guarantee they have on their site is included. Reggie at first said no and thought Id have to be charged for it, but then he talked to his manager Jeff to be sure. Jeff honored the guarantee and said it can be included in my purchase at no additional cost. Its a 90-120 minute drive to deliver it to NYC so I appreciate that. ---The advertised price of the car seemed the be a competitive fair price based on my research on car values and autotrader sales. Manager wouldnt go down past that. CONS: ---Be careful. It took a little over 2 WEEKS to get my car delivered. The car had a recall I told the manager about. He said it would be taken care of after purchase. Fair enough, but I had no idea Id be waiting over 2 weeks. I spent about $20 to express mail the money as I expected to get the camaro quicker. They first estimated Id get it last week, then they guessed early this week, and finally they said itll be delivered the end of this week. Time is ticking on having the top down on this convertible this summer because I had to wait this long. I should have asked to be compensated for such a long wait but I just got to the point where I just wanted the car and be done with it. I called insurance to push back my policy 2 or 3 times. ---I cant knock them too much for this one as I know some other dealers do this too. I already purchased at the advertised price, and later I find out there were also hidden fees coming from the dealership like vin etching $199 and a conveyance fee of $399. A good dealership will let me know the fees and pricing that theyre throwing on top of the price before negotiating and purchasing. Lesson learned. They charged $199 for etching when I can get it done for $20. They wouldnt waive it for me because they said they already did it, and they wouldnt lower the fee to a fair price either. My hope now is that the car runs like its supposed to as its a certified car thats in like new showcase condition. Ill edit this review later when I can say more on that. Anyways, hope this review helped some of you smart shoppers out there.

In May I bought a 2007 GMC Yukon from this dealer. I had a great experience with Joe Wolfer. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and had the answers to all my questions. When we looked at the car I expressed concern about a plug I saw alongside the tread of the passenger rear tire. Joe assured me he would have if checked and replaced if necessary before I returned to pick it up. When I went to pick up the car I asked about the tire and Joe told me the service guys checked it out and it was totally fine. So being that I got it from a dealer, and I didnt know any better, I believed him. When I got the car home, and showed it to my brother in law, (service manager at a tire shop) he was shocked that they sold me a vehicle with a tire plugged in that spot let alone tell me it was safe, because the fine for such negligence is up to $2,000. This was extremely upsetting to me because I had purchased the vehicle to be a family vehicle because at the time I was 6 months pregnant. So when I got an email from the owner of the dealership, asking about my experience, I used it as an opportunity to express my concern and disappointment. Several days later I got a call from Joe as well as the service manager at grossman saying, great news, theyre going to replace the tire for me all I had to do was get the tire information to them so they could get the tire in. Several days later... The Saturday before Memorial Day I left a message for Mike giving him the information needed to get the replacement tire and still to this day have not heard another word from them. Flash forward to today (3 weeks to my due date) I finally had the time and funds to get the tire replaced myself, and when they took the old tire off they found a nail in the same tire that had a roadside patch thrown on it but never had the nail taken out.

I had a great experience buying my new Tahoe from Grossman Chevrolet. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, professional and each was interested in working out a deal with which I would be happy. A special shout out to (checking my email to get her title correct) Business Development Manager Shelby Threloff. Shelby was the first point of contact since I came in as an internet customer, reaching out through the dealers website with some questions. She answered my questions quickly and accurately, and didnt play any games like folks that Id dealt with at so many dealers. She isnt a "salesperson" in the traditional sense of being the person who takes you through the whole process, but she remained a central point of contact for getting my deal done. Thanks also go to the sales manager Michael Vicino who took a very open book approach in our dealings, and even though I wasnt fully committed, he burned a special incentive to make sure I would have a shot at all available incentives when I finally made up my mind. Bobby and Pam, the sales folks who split my deal, did a great job going over my beautifully-prepped-for-delivery Tahoe. Asher, the business manager who processed the transaction, was delightful to deal with. Both quick and efficient, he was able to meet my competitive quote on financing and aftermarket options I wanted. I have to say that after I committed to buying from Grossman I only then took a look at its online reviews. I almost got cold feet, but then I noticed that none of the folks mentioned in the bad reviews appeared to work there anymore. I didnt get a chance to meet Linda Grossman, but from everything I saw and experienced it appears that she is doing a great job running Grossman Chevy.

I drove nearly 90 mins to a dealership that could not have been nicer, more professional, and helpful towards my car purchasing needs. Jesus Hernandez was outstanding in his vast knowledge about the car I was interested in, the GM certification program (very important to me), and all the dealer services they offer to their customers. Jesus was extremely friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with him. Garrett Wright made the price "haggling" quick and very fair, including a honest and fair price for my trade in vehicle. Ali Raza was a pleasure to deal with concerning the financing, and a special acknowledgement to the detailing staff at Grossman Chevy. I purchased the car and wished to drive it home the same day. The detailing staff not only removed the pinstriping that was on the car, by my request, but they made my jet black 2012 Impala LTZ look as if it was new from the factory! What an outstanding job!! To close, in almost 30 years of purchasing cars and trucks from various dealers, I firmly believe that I have never been treated as well as I have at Grossman. Jesus, Garrett, Ali...thank you very much for the great experience I had at your dealership. Your friendliness compelled me to write this letter....a first in all these years! Cheers. -Rob Bergeron, Holland, MA.
