I have never, ever in my life had such a nice time buying a car. I told my wife on the way, "oh no, I hate this part, it is always get your information, then make you sit down, give you a runaround, etc" - we all know the drill. We walked in and were directed to Calvin. He is such a nice person, and was so pleasant to work with !! He took us to exactly the car we were looking for (Rogue), let us drive it, answered all our questions, and did not pressure us in any way. When it was time for us to leave, he simply let us go, and said he hoped to hear from us soon. I then expected the next usual - calls every other day asking me if buying me a six pack and giving me $200 to buy it today would help get me in there tonight !! But - NO !! No pressure, no annoyances, I was so happy I couldnt believe it. We wanted the 2014 Rogue, and I stopped by to place the order, and there one was sitting on the showroom floor ! We told Calvin we wanted to buy it. And we did ! We got home and decided we wanted leather. Nissan was so nice when we went back, trying to help us understand the options we had available, purchasing the next model up. In the end, we decided we would use their recommended upholsterer to add after-market leather, because the model we got has the third row of seats, and we wanted to keep those. Honestly I have never felt more helped, less bothered, and had all around very simple and wonderful car shopping experience. I would go back to Decormier again and again, and when it is time to trade in the Xterra, that will be the first stop. I cant say it enough, I have always, every single time, had a horrible car shopping experience, this was so refreshing to enjoy car shopping for the first time in my life. Thank you Decormier !!

5/4/16 UPDATE! Just bought a second vehicle at DeCormier. My Salesman Dave Chittick was awsome! Another great experience at DeCormier! Go see Dave and Matt. This is my first time owning a Nissan product. I have always been a bit of a "Dodge Guy" myself. On April 26th I was online looking at all the makes trying to find a mid-sized pick up truck and I discovered the Frontier. I grew up in Manchester and knew of DeCormiers great reputation so I decided to make the trip to see them and see what the Frontier is all about. Now, I live in eastern Ct and have a Nissan dealer 5 miles from my home. So on my way to DeCormier I passed two other Nissan Dealers! (And glad I did) When I arrived Matt DeCormier greeted me and helped me find the right truck for me. Finding the right truck only took minutes because he listened to what I was looking for and narrowed it down to a couple of trucks. A quick spin and I knew this was the truck for me. We put the deal together and I couldnt be any happier. Im glad I made the trip to see the guys over at DeCormier and will return again. Thank you Matt, Bruce, Miko, Dawn and David for all of your help and taking the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I urge anyone looking for a vehicle to go see the guys over at DeCormier! You will be glad you did!

I needed to refinance my very hott sports car, (I meant to spell it with two ts) the economy had been really hitting me hard. I called Raul because he had been my salesman back when I purchased my very first "new" car several years back. (Versa hatchback). Raul went above and beyond what is known as customer service! I dont have the best credit and I had been working really hard to fix that! The banks werent budging and the amount I would need to pay wasnt worth the deal, so here comes my dream team, Raul and Sammy from the finance department...they both worked real hard with getting me approved and keeping my rate down. I not only got the car I wanted, (I dont settle) but I also got a great deal and once again the gentlemen at Decormier saved the day!!! I will always appreciate what they did for me and I make sure to refer them as often as I can!!! Raul even followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to ask if I was happy with my purchase! Raul isnt just another salesman, he truly loves what he does and it reflects in the way he talks to you and the way he treats you!!! If I ever decide to upgrade or purchase another vehicle, Im going straight to Decormier!!! PS their coffee is delish, if you dont find what youre looking for just ask the receptionist, she will hook you up!!!

Brought in the car (2005 Nissan Altima) engine was violently shaking. They told us that it was the motor mount and they would be able to fix it that day, and it would cost about $400 to fix it. We picked up the car on the way home from work, which was right when they were closing that day, and they told us that it was all set. As we were driving home, it was STILL violently shaking!! The next morning we brought the car (and receipt!) back to De Cormier and they never apologized or offered a refund for the crappy service that we got on our car. They said that they would look at it again, and call us when they figured it out. First, they said it was a spark plug and they wouldnt charge us for it. Then, they reneged on this later in the afternoon. They said they had to fix something with a cylinder (not entirely sure what it was....), and they would have to charge us for $120!! Its so ridiculous with these people. They were supposed to supply a service and be paid for said service. But, instead they screwed up, and then we are supposed to pay them again. I will never, ever go back to this dealership to fix my car. There must another place that wont screw around with us as much as De Cormier Nissan did! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Sadly, after a decade of buying 2 vehicles every couple of years I had to decide not to buy anymore cars from DeCormier anymore. Raul was my salesmen and Id start riding a bike before I gave him the PRIVILEGE of selling me a car again. I am generally intimidated when it comes to buying cars so I kept going back to him BUT my last 2 purchases didnt go so well. I would call the store and his cell and he wouldnt call me back. I went to the store and I confronted him and his response was "Im in front of you know so what can I do for you?". No explanation. No apology. Sooooooo I went to Mazda and got amazing service and my daughter went to Honda and we had amazing service there also. To compound the problem I spoke to someone about Raul and they never called me back either. I guess they must not want repeat business. Im a very friendly not picky type of customer. The repair shop has always been awesome but Raul ruined the relationship that I had with DeCormier. Mazda and Honda didnt seem to be surprised when I told them about my service (or lack of service). Even though Id never buy another car there Id gladly go in and talk to the owner. Im can only assume they wouldnt call me back either after 2 of the employees didnt.
