We sold our 2013 Chevy 2500HD LTZ to wile back in February 2016 for $43,000... It is still currently for sale and on their lot now and its currently listed at $46,791. Origanally they had the truck listed at $54k! Dummys doesnt know how to buy!! The best offer any dealer should have made on this truck to turn a profit is $35k. They could have flipped this truck for $40k all day.. Now they are stuck with it. Wile has been dropping the price on this truck like a hot rock through butter since March.. I paid $46,000 originally and bought it from paradise Chevy out in California two years prior. I owned the truck for just under two years. It sat in my garage for 16 months!!!! Never drove it. I drove it in August 2015 and some lady hit me on the rear passenger side of the truck. I had the truck repaired by Jays autobody in Thomaston CT.. This is the reported accident on the car fax.. The truck has been sitting for over 120 days at Wile. They cant sell it.. Again I sold it to Wile for $43,000... So they wont let it got for any less.. They own it for too much to go to the auction!! Theyd only get $25 to $30k at auction.. Again they are stuck and it wont sell at $46,791 or even close. $40k maybe... But at that price you can buy a new or lease a new truck with better interest rates. Onto my review ... We bought a car from wile a 2006 Saturn Vue which had only 67k miles on it. The SUV was very nice over all but a day after getting it home the front suspension was making a lot of noise I took it to our local Chevy dealership and they made repairs but recommended I take the Saturn back to the dealership where we bought it and have them replace the front struts because they were failing The Chevy dealership also told us that the check engine light that came on was the catalytic converters and that they needed replacing among other things. Remember, we owned the SUV a day... We bought a warranty with the sale.... Useless money spent I highly recommend not buying an extended warranty ever.. Unless you read the fine print. Besure it spells out what you need covered or do like we did and get your money back. Wile told us the BS story of how they went through the SUV prior to sale blah blah It was obvious that they didnt go through the SUV at all or maybe they did but are blind and stupid. Wile fixed the catalytic converters under warranty but did it the cheapest posdible way knowing that GM had a recall on this issue and replaced them for free with a GM product... This dealer provided junk aftermarket products. My over all experience with Wile was horrible. Weve since sold the Saturn.... The service at wile was horrible. The salesman are sadly inexperienced. Andy the owner should sell out, or hire someone to run his business. Someone that has higher standards better organizational skills and that will hire a quality staff. The facility is a shack, the employees are riff raff.. Cars are way over priced in an area of the state that does not support the prices hes asking. I would not buy from this dealership... I would never recommend this dealership even to buy my old truck! Its a very nice truck but not worth $46,791... Its worth $35k but not a penny more ( figure this, true car values are measured on what the dealer can buy it for at the auction so dont go by Kelly blue book or NADA youd be fooling yourself otherwise.. The 2013 Chevy 2500HD I sold to them.. Not a thing wrong with it. The dealerships discription is incorrect I could care less who owns it and trashes it. Avoid this dealership...

Nobody likes having to battle during a new car buying experience, luckily for me Wile was amazing to work with. They found exactly what I was looking for, and give me a straight up front price. I informed them that I needed a little time to save up money to put down. They were very respectful of that and did not call me non stop every day trying to push me into a sale. When I was ready I came back and signed a few papers and was on my way. Very simplified process and an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

They were the nicest dealership i went to out of the 3 Hyundai dealerships by far. Todd Digiovanni and Tania Coomey made me feel like i had bought many cars there even though it was my first time there. Their pricing beat the big city Hyundai dealers and they had exactly what i wanted in stock. I didnt feel rushed or pressured and my trade in value was very fair and saved me a lot in sales tax. Will tell all my friends and family to go there first and they will be well treated. Thanks again for all the help to get my new Sonata.

Superb experience. The staff were very friendly with smiles and jokes, but serious when actually conducting the business. Also, they seemed to genuinely care for their customers (yes its a business and they are there to make money, but you can still genuinely care about your customers). As for the vehicle, my wife and I couldnt be happier. Excellent condition with a fair price. I cannot say a bad thing about my experience with Wile. To sum it up, Good product, Great service, No games. Couldnt have been better IMO.

Came into drop off my car for service. While I was waiting went into sales dept we are wanting to trade ours in for a new Tucson. Not one sales person greeted me , didnt even look up! Looked around for 30 minutes or so still no one helped me. Too busy, one reading paper, one playing with phone other one not sure, just ignoring me. Already purchased last car there 3 yrs ago Wont be going back to purchase from them again. The service was incredibly fast and very nice .

Wile Hyundais Sales Team and upper management defy the stereotypes generally given to car dealers. They were upfront, honest and genuinely cared about matching me with the right car. I highly recommend Wile. If you need a vehicle dont even bother yourself going anywhere else. It took a couple hrs from the moment I drove into their lot meeting their sales team to driving out of their lot with my new car. When all others failed (*coughs Ford Columbia), Wile shined through.

We have many choices when buying a car. Some brands including Hyundai saturate the market with dealerships. There are five Hyundai dealerships within 30 minutes of my driveway. Thank you Hyundai for putting the best one only 10 minutes away. The team atr Wile Hyundai never disappoints. Treated with respect at every opportunity. Sales team was not pushy, but certainly was attentive to our needs. Our sales consultant (Heather) worked hand-in-glove with Dan (Sales Manager) and we quickly arrived at a fair price on a new vehicle. We have also had good experience with the maintenance department with our 2007 Sonata. Would absolutely recommend them if youre in the market for a Hyundai.
