Overall, i was happy with the customer service. A old friend referred me to them. My car was in bad shape when they got it and told them to see if they can diagnose and fix all the issues they can find. A few thousand dollars later I still got the car back in a generally poor shape. While they did the best they could, they missed a good portion of things wrong and made silly mistakes. Overall if your car is generic or you own a European import I would say they do a good job, but I dont recommend sending your car their if its Japanese or heavily modified. I was going to bring back my pickup truck to get lifted but I opted out of making that decision later. Customer service : 8 out of 10 Diagnosis : 3 out of 10 Price for services performed: 5 out of 10 Quality of work performed 7 out of 10 For a local shop in that area I wouldnt reccommend them for complex diag skills or for them to find a variety of issues on cars that are not European or well known domestic. But they do good work, its just very expensive. Any issues I have now were not their fault. But over all they deserve 3 out of 5 stars My car isnt a easy car to work on and I knew that going in it wasnt going to be cheap, I just felt that a few things were later deemed unessisary but Ill admit at the time I agreed to the services so that was my fault. I just kind f expected more. They were willing to work with me on a lot of things. They arent miracle workers but but are okay .

I purchased an ‘04 Volvo V70 from M&M, as I was looking for a good all-around wagon that would last a few years. Right from my first phone call/inquiry, Mike was very forthcoming in terms of what he could and could not fulfill regarding the sale. Bought my Jeep wrangler from M&M back in July. Since then I have come back for routine maintenance and some minor repairs. M&M has been honest (which is a big plus for me, no shady deals or questionable charges) The Jeep was purchased at a fair price and the repairs have been quick, thorough, and fair priced as well. I would recommend them both as a dealer and for mechanic work.
