Friendly staff & great groomers. They really need to have a receptionist or have the cashiers/floor staff to set up appointments with. It takes several tries to get someone & if the groomer is too busy it routes your call to the store staff who cannot help you - they just say "their busy and you need to call back later". Which sometimes "later" is when you wanted to bring your pup in for a quick 5 min nail trim. Also they dont always have a groomer in when they advertise set times they are available. Other than that, the store is very clean & organized.

If you have the pleasure of meeting the Gerbil of a Lady Maria, You will soon know why I hate this Petco Branch. She is the Store manager. Very Stuck up and snobby because she hates her job. I have come in on multiple occasions with no help from anyone in the store( all are clueless) and have received a rude attitude from Maria
