I bought a puppy over the weekend and it was the most adorable little thing I had ever seen. At the time of purchase the puppy was playful and seem to be happy. However, the puppy became extremely sick within the 24hrs of having it home. He was very lethargic and would not eat or drink water all day. It was on a Sunday so I decided to take him to the emergency hospital and they treated him the best they could. It came down to him having a respiratory infection and possible pneumonia. Unfortunately, I had to return him because I could not afford all the vet bills (spending $1k within 24hrs of having him), but the vet thankfully kept him and hopefully he doesnt have to return there. Also, the manager there is a heartless person and really doesnt care about the well-being of these innocent puppies. Please avoid buying pets from that store or even visiting it. I made a mistake of doing that myself. Buying from there just supports the use puppy mills to obtain dogs and these puppies have most likely been living in terrible conditions. I hope they get closed down soon, and if youre looking to buy a puppy use a highly reputable private breeder or adopt!

We have now purchased 2 puppies from there, but ONLY because we couldnt stand the conditions they are put through. There are NO blankets and they sleep on crates. Pups are eating their feces that doesnt fall through to the bottom. I watched a small chihuahua trying to get up on a toy to sleep. The staff said, "oh, she does that all the time, isnt it cute?"- My reply, no, it isnt cute, she is cold and uncomfortable. Staff told me they dont have washers and dryers to offer blankets. Only plastic goes into the cage so it can be washed. It is so very sad. I cannot bring myself to go in there anymore. We have a new pup right now, and he is home, cozy and warm. He has a new family now, it hurts my heart to think he was flown in last week, taken from his mother, only to be callously placed in a crate to fend for himself. To me, this is considered to be a very expensive rescue. This practice of business should not be allowed. I believe at least one of the people with the 5 star rating below, works for the company.

I live an hour away but was in the area so I decided to stop by the mall and walked into this place. First, the dogs look uncomfortable and sad. Second, they have a German Shepard in a crate just a little bigger than him. He can only take two steps to each side. Then, he went number two and started eating it. I told my husband, lets ask the employees to let us see him so he can stretch his legs. I went up to a girl sitting inside the pen with a small puppy and told her the dog was eating his poop. She gave me an attitude and got up. I asked her if I can see the dog and she said no that he was already out and we have to wait 20 minutes. Anyhow, she walked towards the back and I followed just to make sure she cleaned up. Even though these are teenagers they have to have some manners and at least common sense to look after these dogs.

Every time we visit this store we leave so sad. The girls who work there are so extremely rude. I get that they are probably HS kids but still- the attitudes are so uncalled for. We dont even like to go in because of them. When we have gone in and asked to see a dog (mind you we are 28 and 30 years old) we are told we cannot because "the dogs are tired". Every time. And we have gone in over a dozen times. We wont go here again unless management hires better employees. They sit on the counter eating food and chatting to each other while giving customer attitude. I dont get it.

Requested to enteract with the Siberian Husky in one of their rooms. Was told none of the dogs were allowed out except for the one the employee was holding, the one in the showroom cage, a Morkie, and the Shih Tzu. Two minutes later the same employee brought out a Bernese Mountain Dog for two teenagers to play with (another of the rooms had three teenagers playing with a Lab). This place is a complete joke. Ill be going elsewhere to find a family companion pet, because this place is worthless if youre actually interested in taking home a puppy.

Dont EVER buy animals from this place unless you want sick animals and huge vet bills. I worked in an animal hospital that worked with them and every single day a new puppy was sick or died from respiratory issues or pneumonia. They get these dogs and puppies from puppy mills where these animals are in horribly dirty conditions. Do not ever spend your money on anything in this store.
