Incredibly insulted and disappointed. The cashier Rebekah or some form of that name spent the entire transaction talking to her co worker, ignoring us, the customers, she continued to go on how woman are terrible and are "ugly jealous creatures". I was highly annoyed and said kindly, "not all are" to which she rolled her eyes and when I left she talked about me to the other lazy and rude coworker. They need to look up what customer service is and act more mature, or quit the job since they are terrible at it. I would love to send a complaint about her and her terrible attitude.

I am rating this store in general, not just the bakery. The service is HORRIBLE. I went to the service counter and the man behind the counter noticed me while doing something, then walk off in to the store without saying a word to me (no "I will be right with you" or "I will return in..."). The store has a wide selection. The produce and meat are good. The Starbucks inside has horrible service and is often out of items (no iced coffee one day and no cup tops another). I would have given 5 stars if it werent for the poor service.

This Kroger is the best Kroger Ive taken my business to so far. In general, they have what I am looking for and only occasionally are they out of a product I intended to purchase. I choose this Kroger specifically over all other grocers in the area when it comes to chicken selection because of the quality/quantity of their chicken. Overall, this Kroger is pretty decent (the staff are friendly), yet it could use improvement in the parking lot which is ALWAYS riddled with stray carts while all of the corrals are overflowing.

This Kroger represents the only grocery store south of I94 and the one that all Ypsi Township folks go to. Its the busiest place in the area, but the service is always fast and usually friendly. Ive never been stuck in a long line here and prices are pretty reasonable. While I have few complaints about the Kroger itself, I would strongly recommend that you stay away from the instore Starbucks. Service is brutally bad and the drinks are not what youve come to expect from the most popular coffee place on Earth.

Ive ordered the Sandwich platter 4-5 times already for work meetings and each time, theyve been great! The meat and cheese are always fresh and I like being able to choose the bread I want. I tend to choose Focaccia bread which isnt listed as an option, but they will make the sandwiches with this. I do wish they had an option for a slightly smaller sandwich order. Ive also ordered the PB& J kids platter for vegetarians, but opt. to have no gummy worms :). The price pretty much cant be beat!

This is my go to store for most items household or grocery. reason 1 its close. 2. the staff is well trained, polite and helpful. 3. the store is clean and well stocked. 4. they offer many services from curbside to drive through pharmacy. 5. they offer self checkout. 6. its on the local bus route and surrounded by other interesting places to shop. my only negative might be parking as it is such a busy place, but i get handicapped parking so cant really complain there.

If you need a cake decorated best order the cake and decorate it yourself. My cake was the laugh of the party it had hard candy roses (the kind you buy by the frosting) for a $1.00 the size of dime in the middle of a large sheet cake looked so ridiculous. Everyone thought my 6 yr old decorated it and even she was insulted as she prints better than that. Buy cakes for special occasions at other Kroger locations I have and all is fine.

We do all of our grocery shopping at this Kroger. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, there is a great variety of foods, and with loyaty coupons and the Kroger Plus card, the prices are competitive. For extra incentive, fuel points from your purchase can be redeemed down the street at the Kroger Fuel Plaza. We are still adjusting to the stores new layout since the remodel, but the new additionals are all nice features.

Best grocery store. A lot of the staff know our family by name and go out of there way to make sure we get great service. Dan the grocery manager has done many special orders for me, always with a smile. The meat manager ordered whole turkeys mid summer because I had a craving one day. And the guys up front are are always willing to help load the car. Truly feels like a family grocery store.

Everything about this store works for me. However for people who struggle being around crowds, it is important to note that this location is always busy. Fortunately they now have something called Click List where you can order food online and have them bring it to your car. They have a wide selection, the store is generally clean and prices are affordable.

The deli employees were great! The Meat counter employees were great! Also the Sushi employee came around the counter to assist me. I was highly impressed. Oh and also the bakery employee helped me select bread. I did not ask for any help -everyone offer..loved that! I have not really ever had a bad Kroger experience. I will keep shopping at this Kroger.

My experience at Kroger is always good. The staff are warm and friendly and the food is A1. I am glad that the grocery expended the store with an organic line that works for those of us who have health challenges. I hope management continue to strive for the best overall product and they will continue to keep the store clean on the inside as well.

The store itself is as good as any other Kroger but the licensed Starbucks in the location gives Starbucks a bad name. It is frequently closed during hours in which they are scheduled to be open and the employees dont seem to care. Restructure or close if you want another star.

Kroger on Whittaker Road, is a delightful shopping experience...EVERY TIME!!! I skip over Kroger on Carpenter with the snoody emplyees, and Kroger on Michigan Ave, that smells God awful to come to Whittaker Road. Keep doing what youre doing Kroger on Whittaker!!!

they have a variety of fresh and exotic fruits, so many gluten free products, employees are very helpful and friendly its my favorite place to shop when I run out of ideas on what to cook especially for my late night sweet tooth

The parking situation is horrible. Its also hard to get to. The construction lately is enough to induce an anxiety attack. In general though, the service is friendly, the store is clean and the Kroger Select brand is amazing!

This particular Krogers has recently been remodeled and is really quite nice. The first thing you see when you walk in is the produce section with a good selection of organic produce, flanked by the Starbucks coffee location.

They are always out of stuff I like and the u scan was only open and I just hate that check out option. I RATHER HAVE A REAL CASHIER. THE SCALES ARE TO SENSITIVE AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO RING MY OWN THINGS.

Bread delivery. Open your door so i can deliver your bread please. Preferably when i get here not after almost 40 min of trying to get someone to answer the phone. Wearing headphones are against fire code.
