Clean store. I dont do bulk shopping here, but I will stop by periodically to buy a few things here and there. Every time I ask an employee a question though, they are always less than eager to help. Last time a pack of water rang up the wrong price, the kid said I looked at the wrong item. I went back to see, and the item I got was stocked in front of the wrong tag. I am sorry, anywhere else would have corrected that for the customer, I just left frustrated. No frills grocery store, other than convenient location.

For me its close. The selection is good, prices are good & each purchase builds toward a gas discount. Always well lit & clean. Public restrooms, a bakery, salad bar & they cook a variety of things every day like fried chicken, BarBQ, breads, Mac N Cheese etc. Im sure you get the point. Its a good deal & tastes good as well. Large, well lit parking lot & gas station . Ingles is also a Western Union location. Good Luck & All The Best.

Worst ever grocery store I visited. Being here to use western union they made me wait for 20 minutes just to say card reader dont work than asked to buy something in order to get Cashback and after that being told western union is down and the store manager Mr Chad as always busy on the phone no apologies or good gesture. Last place on the earth I would visit.

At Ingles it was awful your attendance shut down my machine I had to wait he never greeted he never said anything I dropped a coupon by his foot he wouldnt even pick it up when I left the register he didnt say have a nice day but all everybody else he did this was at your self checkout at about 7 p.m. today and yes Im a black woman

Last time I shopped there, the meat section was out of ground beef. There was no one working in the department. I used my phone to call the store and asked them to send someone back there. They placed me on hold and I heard them call someone on the intercom. I waited 5 minutes and no one ever showed up. Very disappointed!!

Overall a great visit, but Im from Memphis and I asked the lady if I can use her Ingles card for saving and she stated we cant use our cards. I think if a company want someone to come back they could at least use a card to help someone save.

The cleanest, neediest place in town. Not too far from where I live, how convenient. Their shelving is admirable, I always find what I need at my level. Go Ingles, keep jingling!!!!!!!
