This place has the worst selection of produce...they usually dont have what your looking for or if they do its not fresh at all....ghost peppers that I recently went to pick up had mold on them and were VERY OLD so its obvious that the employees at this location are not doing their job and keeping things you want fresh...on several occasions I have purchased out of date items that were more than a month old...grocery shopping is already a chore and you shouldnt have to check everything you pick up to purchase for the expiration date...unfortunately that is not the case at this particular store location. Management and employees need to get with the program. Will not return to this location for future purchases...if you are reading this review steer clear of this location(not Kroger in general) just this particular store...youve been warned.

Went in early this morning, 5am. All sick but we needed groceries. You know if you are a coffee drinker, it has to be just as you prefer. Thats a good reason I was there. I love Dunkin Donuts xtra creamy with sugar. Well I could not find any so I ask a gentleman stocking in the area about some and before he was through he had me some. I got 3. I did not get his name but he deserves something for showing the best customer service I have experienced lately.

Customer service SUCKS!!!!! Employee asked what i needed as he was already waiting on a customer, I told him a money order. Then he says that he wasnt cashing any checks!! I looked behind me to see who else was in line AND IT WAS NO ONE ELSE!!!! I didnt say anything about cashing a check!!!!! Manager handled this pathetic situation as I refuse to be waited on by this man with his senseless comment!!!! I will never go back!!! NEVER!!!

Kroger is usually a very nice store. The one in Covington on 278 needs improvement. It is sometimes under-stocked on certain items. Not always as clean as it could be and often has a nasty, fishy smell. A lot of times employees are stocking, blocking the aisles, and they act as if you are disturbing them if you need to get where they are. Employees are not very friendly, with a few exceptions. Need to be more organized and neat.

Went through self checkout since lines were so long. Needed ID check for wine. The "assistance needed" was announced 5 times, plus I kept telling the guy I needed help. Never looked up and acknowledged me or the person in front of me needing assistance. Ended up putting groceries back in buggy and moving to a full service checkout line. Told that cashier about the situation but no one cared ar all. Will takey business elsewhere.

I love Kroger. it is the only store that carries such a large selection of frozen veggies which is important for a busy family. i use the Mirepoix mix all the time in soups, chili, meatloaf, etc. it is wonderful. the organic and natural food section is great. i especially love the produce and quality store brand products. the only downside is the parking lot is very awkward and difficult to drive around and get out of.

This is the only Kroger in this area. Its an older store and has a very strange set up. It has not been redone and given the Kroger store update as many Kroger have. They have a fair selection. The store is crowded most of the time. There are only 3 grocery stores and an Aldi in the area. Kroger, Walmart, and older Ingles and Aldi so you can see why its crowded. Come on Kroger. Time for some updates in this store!!

The Kroger Company should be ashamed of this store it is a dirty and smells For The amount of traffic in the store I would think Kroger would want a better image. Compared to the store in Loganville this one is the pits. The gas station is too small it is crowded all the time night and day. The prescription department is way to small and not properly staffed, it needs to be completely facelifted.

Filled a prescription for a 90 day supply arrived at home to find only 4 pills in the bottle. Call pharmacist to explain the problem he could care less about the mistake no apologies 0 customer service. These people cant be trusted I would verify all prescription before leaving or better yet use another pharmacy

I walked 17 miles to this Kroger with only one thingon my list pringles restraunt cravers mozzarella sticks and marinara chips and there was one left but before I could grab me the last one one of the staff there stopped me, took the chips and told me they were all sold out

Bad customer service, no order what so ever, very little help from the staff. Coupons policy keep changing making hard to make a planned trip. I also found many outdated items. Covington store is going from bad to worse. The store needs new manager.

This must be the red headed stepchild of the Kroger system. Unstocked shelves, left over produce, short dated or out of date dairy products are the rule and not the exception. Blank stares and shoulder shrugs are what serve for customer service.

Ive never been to this state, let alone this Krogers, but apparently my debit card information has. Luckily TD Bank blocked it, but if someone is using a credit card information, especially for a purchase over 50$, which it was, CHECK THE ID!
