My wife recently purchased a New Balance tennis shoes $131+ within 2 weeks of the purchase the seams on the left shoes simply began to come apart. She immediately called the store & the clerk said " Oh, yes we have been having a problem with that shoe . My wife asked if the store would replace with same shores, new pair of shoes ... the store response " we can replace with a new pair , same shoes". She went to the store & she was told by a clerk " We dont have any stock & need to order from another store ". My wife was upset as she had traveled across town , in rush hour traffic to exchange the defective shoes for a new replacement pair. She asked to speak with a manager , was told " no manager here today" . Further the clerks said " we cant guarantee the new pair have not been tried on or worn by a customer " Are you kidding me ? What idiocy rules this store ? Poor quality shoes & poor customer service. We have purchase many shoes at this store in the past, they have lost good customers. We will take our business & $$$ elsewhere.

Very helpful staff but I bought 2 pairs of birkenstocks when I got home one pair was miss matched two different sandals. I called them and they offered to come to my house to exchange them! I said no and I would come in the next day. When I got there they gave me 2 bottles of spray for the sandals. All ended well.

Just came in to pick up a pair of shoes I reserved. Matt helped me right away and seemed knowledgeable. Didnt see the rest of the store but seemed to have lots of selection. The associate who helped me over the phone was very friendly and helpful as well.

Sales person was not knowledgable about product - therefore I purchased the wrong thing and spent a lot of money on something that I didnt need and wont use. Ended up going to Bloomingdales and purchasing the right boot for less money.

The selection of shoes is decent, unless you are looking for a brand that they do not carry (i.e. Nike). Avoid peak weekend times as I have waited 35 minutes to be acknowledged by a sales associate.
