My experience at Stearns Motors was one of the highlights of my year. I’m a single full time working Mom who like many has struggled to make ends meet. My situation was not an easy one and I knew it would take a miracle to get me into a new car. I was very honest with the salesman Zac Graebe from the start. I thought sure he was going to say come back when you have more money down but he didn’t. Instead he went right to work along with Rob (finance Manager) to do everything they could to help me out. Not only were they able to get me into a 2016 vehicle with a factory warranty, they also kept my payments low for barely anything down. I’m still in shock over how easy and pleasant the whole thing was. Not a pushy bone in their body and what sold me was they came to me with the best deal up front. Having an accounting background, I knew that I was getting a great deal. I love that they are family owned and operated and I can tell they are one of the few businesses around that still operate with heart. I have bought cars from Tamiami Ford, Naples Dodge and Germain Toyota but I will continue to go back to Stearns from now on. I would say to anyone looking or even hoping to get into a new car. Go to Stearns Motors and just take a look. You won’t be disappointed.

this is the best car dealership in naples, my family has been getting cars from them for years, so when the time came to trade in my car and move on to a truck that i was looking for, was riding by and stopped, walked on the lot, and the onwner mr stearns came to see me, as we talked and i told him who my father was he knew right away another williams,,, he had salesman randy, talk to me, and 3 hr later was leaving the lot with my new truck, fast forward 9 mo, my wife car broke down, and we had to replace it, came to the lot and 4 hr later wife was min her car. so two cars in one year,, and me and my wife loved the way that stearns had made this happen, you dont get that hometown feeling these days, as the way Stearns do business, the staff made you feel as they where you, and only one way to leave is in your new car, with the best finance. will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle

This Stearns team knows how to win customers: accurate descriptions, fair pricing on both sell and trade-in, and no games. Our transaction was smooth, fast and efficient, and I am confident that if something had not been quite right, then these guys would have fixed it. They even gave me advice on a car I was not trading in, and offered and did polish out some scratches on it. They have an intelligent business model, built up over many years: they make daily visits to the big car dealers and selectively buy what those dealers have taken in on trade-ins, but do not want to sell themselves. This is an alternative for both Stearns and those dealers, to the more usual auction route. And it works very well. especially in Naples where there are a number of good low mileage cars coming on the market. Very good experience. Thanks guys! John K

TOTALLY FED UP AND DISGUTED WITH MY PURCHASE...took my car that I purchased from them for over 18000 back 4 days later from purchase date to have steering issues sqeeky brakes and ac recirculation fixed...almost 3 months later they still cannot fix the problem...took it back to them to get it "fixed" 4 times...now will be the fifth...they took the car for a 3 to 5 days everytime (no rental was provided) ...they wont switch the car out...they rarely return calls as i have to call them to remind them almost every week...I dont kno what to do anymore as I have children and need the use of the car...hopefully they figure out the problem this 5th time of me giving it to them because Ive about had it with paying Insurance for a car that I havent been able to use...WILL POST A FOLLOW UP REVIEW

drove a long way to check out a car that wasnt what I saw in the pictures they left out the issues. Like the sagging headliner, cracked dash, corrosion on wheels, and the clear coat failing in the back. Also they lied telling me the car was owned by someone who got cancer and had to stop driving the car but when I got there the guy I talked to said it was some guys dream car but ended up having to get rid of it for a truck must not have been the same guy I talked to on the phone because he obviously wasnt told to tell the same lie. they are car salesmen not your friends honesty isnt there there thing. Anyone can lie and act nice to fool you

Stearns Motors is by far the best dealer we have in SWFL. If youre looking for a used vehicle, before you go to any of the big dealerships, check out this little dealership on the corner of Airport Rd and Estey Ave. Ive never had a better car buying experience, these people will fight for you and do everything in their power to get you in the car that you want. They exceeded my expectations in every way and have earned my business for life. I cant say enough good things about every single person that works there. Do yourself a favor and check them out, theyre a family run local business and theyve been around for 40 years for a reason.

I had to purchase a used car on the phone. My parents live in Naples and I live in California. I spoke to Zack on the phone and he was fantastic! I found a cadillac that they were interested in and he drove it to their house to let them test drive it. They liked it and he took care of all the paperwork as well as driving the trade in back to Stearns to trade in. My parents did not have to leave the house. The car is wonderful and zack, even after the sale, came to the house to follow up on technical tutorial help for my folks. Great family owned business! Honest and helpful!

This had to be the best car buying experience I have ever had, I found the car I wanted and they were closed on a Sunday. They came in on their day off just for me to see the car, they were so great I ended up buying the car that day. They also got me the best financing rate that I could get. Honestly, I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend these guys with my eyes closed! I love my 2006 BMW M3 and finding a place that I can trust, that wont rip you off!
