I contacted Ali via email to see if they would accept an offer on a truck I found online. My offer was $22,500 out the door. He agreed to the price and I told him I would make the 2 hour drive from Naples. First mistake was the trucks features were incorrect online. Its had the wrong axle ratio listed resulting in 1400 pound less tow capacity. I decided to go ahead anyway. As you would expect, he used the trucks full price and came in over the agreed price by $380. First he claimed it was the banks interest, which was a lie, which I called him on. He knew I drove that far and wouldnt honor his word over $380 after speaking to the owner. He told me it was close. Oddly enough, on the phone when getting me to drive there, he didnt say "close" he said he could do it. Typical lying, talk out both sides of the mouth, car lot in an abandoned gas station used car salesman. Just know what youre getting....

Sale to my wife went well. It was after that all the crap began. 1st. come back again because they spelled things wrong on contract and needed to resign after they fixed mistakes. 2nd. car loan never got paid off and late charges incurred, (30 days had gone by at this point, no excuse not to have this taken care of, took me calling and threatening to bring the purchased car back to get action) not to mention numerous calls from the bank as to why payment was late. 3rd, refused to call back after several messages as to where the permanent tag is, (temp tag had expired) 4th, needed to come back again to resign papers pertaining to the title. Still no permanent plates on the car, running it with an expired temp tag. Car is great, their management of the company is extremely poor.
