Ponce is the WORST dealership to buy from. My father bought a 05 Cadillac CTS from this dealership not knowing it was coming with many problems. The main chip that basically controls the vehicle froze/was damaged and paid about $1000 to get it fixed, then the brake lines, brake pads, get the transmission fixed because it was leaking inside the radiator. This car has had many problems that Ponce could have fixed instead of selling a car with tons of problems. Also, another thing is they charge you the get your car "fixed" even if you are doing payments on it.

Bought a car from this place- they overcharged a little more then what KBB said ( 1000 more). Drove the car to back to school in Maryland about a month later after perfect handling. The the car ended up needing a new battery and engine in less than two months of ownership- making the $6000 car about $9000. I would never buy a car from these people again. They may be nice and personable to your face but are certainly in it to just take your money and run with it using the excuse to their "buy as is clause".

Ive purchased many cars from here in the last 6 years, never a problem! Some people expect to get brand new cars at a used car dealer and then complain when it has issues! Smh... What did you expect when you bought an older used car?? Thats not fair to rate A used car business a 1 star for selling you a used car. Everyone knows that when you buy a used car you should educate yourself on that car before you buy it, regardless of what dealer it is!

Angel was very helpful in trying to help us get our vehicle even though our credit was low! They worked with us on a payment plan for the down payment and we were able to drive the car on same day. We had been looking all day for a car and I am glad we stopped here.
