ZERO RATING HORRIBLE - We were interested in a 2015 Chevy Impala or a Dodge Charger Found it at Regal Sent interested in to internet sales, was ask to give Social Security numbers for myself and wife. Chris told me both cars I textex him on would work for loan. I explainedabout credit , pay off of balance of prior loan. The day we are headed to dealership Chris called in sick a person named Matt calls me to advise me he will be taking over to get me taken care of. So I explained everything again to Matt. Matt then says well since your driving from Clermont I will call you back. He called and said the cars that I was told would work for loan was not going to work. He then explains what he can get me i to. We went from a 2015 Chevy Impala and Dodge Charger to a smaller cheaper Hyundai or a Nissan. What??? We had for down payment and payments. Was told all looking good, come in and we could finalize the deal. Came in, nothing was even started. After submitting all information, was told not best but looking good and those 2 cars,will work. Well after telling them my situation so I did not want to waste there time. But Chris said John I can get deal done come in and we will get the loan done.text messages from Chris below Chris says-Okay that vehicle will work when will you be able to come in and see it I said- Thursday my wife gets out of work at 2:00 so hopefully around 3pm. What do you need us to bring ? Chris-Drivers license insurance if you have current paycheck stubs and proof of residency utility bill Me-Kk we will Chris-Okay great then Ill see you 2:30 Thursday look forward to meeting you Me-Same here. What about Down paymet. $500 and trade payoff $1800.00 and payment $300 ish ? Chris-Yes we will work all that out no problem when you get here So after talking to Matt now and never went there because everything changed Me to Chris because he was "Sick" Hate to bother you I was told your sick, I talk to Matt at your dealership prior to my wife and I driving all the way to Lakeland from Clermont and he tells me the Charger or Impala we spoke about would not be possible , he tells me some BS on he has to keep me at $13,9k. So why was I told you could get it done? Very Disappointed in all of this. When I am ready to buy a car again. Regal is not the place I will be going too. Again very disappointing and a waste of time Chris- I thought it was understood that you were approved for 14000 plus your down payment and the equity in your trade which puts you right around 300 ish a month the charger would have been too expensive and we had talked about Malibu 16 minute had to be a four-door sedan Remember John we also went from $1,000 down - 500 Me-No I can forward text messages from you. In regards to stock numbers and Vin of car . All good thanks Chris-I apologize for misunderstanding We have an approval on that vehicle for approximately $14,000 financed with equity in your trade we did not see and 500 to $1,000 down It would have depended on the trade there was an approval on that car you would have to finance across my 14000 plus tax and license different cars depend on thumb pain and equity and trades I had common respect to say I did not want to waste their time. They lie PERIOD I WILL FIX MY CREDIT LIME I WANTED TO BUT THEY KEPT CALLING AND SAID ALL OF ABOVE NO REPECT FOR WASTING MY TIME

I had been talking about buying another vehicle that would be better suited to my needs now that I am retired. My son told me to go to Regal Chevrolet since he had bought two vehicles there and was treated right. He told me to just go look and see what they had to offer since I had nothing to lose. So I took his advise and went to the dealership. As I arrived, I was met by a very nice gentleman (salesman) and his name was Brandon Schulz. He asked me what I was interested in and how he could help me. I said that I really wasnt sure, but though that I might want to look at some small SUVs. I could not believe how knowledgeable he was on the vehicles and offered to let me test drive what ever I wanted. All of a sudden I saw something I had never seen before and asked him to tell me about the vehicle. Again, he had total knowledge about the vehicle and said lets take it for a drive. We did and I fell in love with the vehicle and was so impressed my this young man who was so polite, nice and even laughed at my silliness. I know that I kept him busy all evening but he never complained or even acted as though he wanted to go home. He said he was there for me and what ever I needed and he was with a great smile on his face. Everyone that I met and worked with during the purchase of my vehicle were so nice and friendly and I am very grateful for that kind of service. But Brandon certainly stood out for his patience and knowledge and answering all of my questions that Im sure were pretty silly; and most of all for his honesty. Thank you Brandon for a great auto buying experience and your help to get me a great deal. Its such a pleasure to be treated like a real person and not just a check book walking in the door!

On July 1st I had the intentions of going to Regal to trade in my 2006 Aveo and purchase a new vehicle and had the pleasure of being greeted by your sales representative Willie Wright. Willie was the friendliest and most accommodating sales individual Ive had the pleasure of dealing with through my years of buying cars. He was not only very personable and was not only interested in us as potential customers but also just interested in having great conversation that may not have even been related to the sale. For the sales portion, however, Willie was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all facets of what my wife and I needed and he comfortably put us in the vehicle I had seen on their excellent website...a 2017 Sonic Premium Hatchback...which just so happened to be on the showroom floor!!! Aside from Willies graciousness, Regals Business Manager, Tony Montesano, was of the same caliber as Willie in regards to friendliness, professionalism and making sure we were happy with the entire evolution of the sale. To top it off, the Sonic is a phenomenal car that is fun to drive, full of great technology and a car that once behind the steering wheel and the door closes you truly get a sense of safety. Obviously, overall it was a great experience at Regal Chevrolet and Willie and Tony are definitely a great representation of the company so if youre looking for a new vehicle and a truly painless experience Regal is the place to go, Willie the sales person you want to see who will definitely welcome you with open arms and a fantastic smile!!! I have purchased 3 cars over the last 3 years with Regal but I will NEVER buy another with your company again. All customer service stopped once my signature was on the contract. The sales manager, John Rios up sold a Lo-Jack system which I will be happy with once you can get it installed which he did make a service appt. for installation and the front window tinting which Ed Ortiz had promised me. I was promised a loaner car while the service was being completed. Unfortunately I suffer from debilitating migraines and had one on the day of the appt. I sent a text message to Ed Ortiz explaining this in plenty of time to cxl the appt. I did not receive a response from him so I did a follow up call the next day where he told me he was off and he did not do cancellations and I would have to contact John Rios. Im sorry but I heard of a commissioned sales persons job being over with customer once a signature is on the dotted line. I then called John Rios but it was his day off so I left him a message and a brief description of what has happened up to that point, and that was on Sept 15th. This morning I decided that no one from sales was going to help me out I contacted the service department myself and explained that no had contact me but I needed to make an appt for Lo-Jack installation and window tinting. I was then given a appt date of the 29th but they would not provide a loaner car which I was promised. You have 2 day to get your act together before I start contacting the BBB and other consumer protection agencies.
