A coworker told me about this place so I went onto their website and looked at their inventory and found a truck I was interested in. I called and spoke to Allen who was helpful and polite over the phone. I continued onto filling out a credit application through their website and went over some of my application details and got pre-approved got a good rate so I proceeded to put a simple $100 deposit on the truck and made the 2 hour trek a week later to see the truck had been detailed and waiting for me to test drive it. Allen was extremely courtesy and understanding about my not so good past credit history (repossession) and was more than generous with my trade in value. Allen took the time to work on getting a better rate than my pre approved quote! I was completely taken back, hands down the best dealership experience Ive ever had. Hillman motors is a small independent dealership that beats any corporate big dealership with their customer service. I would make the 2hr drive again to give Hillman my business.

I had an amazing experience at Hillman Motors. I am an educator in Orlando who has really bad credit and was turned down by every car dealership I went to due to my credit history. I was even told by one dealership that I would never get into anything new with my credit. I decided to google used car dealerships that work with people who have bad credit. Hillman Motors popped up and I read the reviews. I decided to give them a call and see if they were able to help me get into a nice vehicle. I went in expecting to leave with a 2010 vehicle that I qualified for, but after working with me, Allan used his expertise to get me qualified for something much better. I ended up leaving with a 2013 vehicle!!!! I have gotten so many compliments on my vehicle! I am so happy and relieved that I finally am able to drive something nice even with terrible credit! He definitely made my Valentines Day! Thank you Allan!!! And thank you Hillman Motors!!!!

Unprofessional! I have never wrote a review before but I felt as if my experience needed to be shared! I have bad credit and was approved! Excited and even test drove a very nice car, was told to just come back the next day and finish all the paperwork because I was on my lunch break, just to get told that the car was sold from underneath me. I was told not to worry about anything the day before but bc I didnt put a deposit, it got sold! Well, I was offered another car but felt as if I was settling for anything they would offer! Very long story short, Tony wasted much of my time and at the end of the day never returned my call and just text that he couldnt do anything for me after I had to text him asking if there was any answer he could give me! So much for the deal they offer of $500 down with any credit! I had $2000 to offer down and didnt get offered anything I was interested in! Thanks!

If you are looking to buy, Hillman Motors is the place to go!! My wife and I were shopping around, but we dont have the great credit and kept getting APRs that were through the roof. I saw an ad for Hillmans online and decided to give it a try. We had the pleasure of working with Johnny B, the best salesman on the lot by far. He not only found us an amazing car for an incredible price, but the best part was that he actually cared. He wasnt concerned about our credit, but focused more on our income. He shopped around until he found us the best deal possible and didnt stop until we were happy. It took one afternoon and I was driving away in a 2012 Ford Fusion. I will definitely being returning when it comes time to buy another car. JOHNNY B is incredible, and Hillman Motors is the place to go!!

I purchased my Jeep Compass from Hillman Motors back in February as a happy birthday gift to me. I had gone to numerous car lots and because I didnt have any credit I was pretty much treated like I had the plague. When I showed up at Hillmans, I was treated like another human being and wasnt judged or seen just by what my credit score looked like. Tony really went over all of my options and helped me land the vehicle I was looking for. Even with all of my thousands of questions and concerns he did a great job. I absolutely LOVE my Jeep! My boyfriend just purchased an F150 from Hillmans as well and he could not be more happy with it. Tony and his boss Jeff were able to find the F150 he wanted and had it shipped to them in no time. If you are looking for a CAR but have complicated credit and a low down payment and still want reasonable car payments then HILLMAN MOTORS is the place to go. They are very trustworthy and Very professional. The manager Mr.Jeff and Co-worker Mr.Anthony is Awesome fellas, they will make it happen for you.. You can drive home in the Car you want. Hillman Motors is a great dealership with a good team aboard and They will do what it takes to make you Happy..They will go out they way to please you.. The #1 dealership in customer service ! I shopped around and found that Hillman Motors was the most honest dealership I have seen. Allen was the best ! He doesnt make you feel pressured to buy or give you the speech on how lucky you are that he was able to get you approved...!!! He asked what I wanted my payments to be then worked his magic and told me ALL my options on the lot.. The other dealerships I went to had the same prices but HIGH mileage vehicles and DONT give you the vehicle reports you should have for added piece of mind.. You just cant beat what Hillman has to offer ! I will definitely be recommending Allen and Hillman Motors to everyone I know!

The BEST experience that I have ever had. I will never go to another car dealership to purchase a vehicle again. Tony was a huge help and patient with me and my husband to get us both in the perfect vehicles that we wanted. If you are like me and hesitant because they are a small dealership do not let that deter you. They make car buying a pleasure and you get to avoid that average car salesman that typically goes along with the car buying experience. I have never had the best experience buying a car as I had a Hillman Motors with Allen and Jeff, with my credit score I wasnt sure if I could get a car, after speaking with Allen he took my information and went to work on getting me a loan, when he called me back and informed me that he had some options for me, I assumed it was going to be the worst car in the lot, when he showed me the cars I could purchase I was shocked and very impressed from that moment on with Allen. I left Hillman driving a 2013 Dodge Rally and a tutorial on how to use my phones bluetooth and Sirius XM radio from Jeff.
