We went monday, 21st of March to the lot of Galloway Direct to buy a used Truck. We informed us before on the website of Galloway Direct and choosed 3 trucks to look at. At the lot a unpleasent Salesman came and asked if he can help us. We told him we are looking for a Truck under $ 20000 and we saw already 3 on the website we are interested in. He told us immediately that there are no Trucks under $ 20000, like telling us, what you like there, you like a Truck for under $ 20000 - hahaha. We asked the prices for a few Trucks standing there and he did not know any of them. We then asked him where the Trucks from the website are and he mentioned, he had to go online to look at the ads. Inside then looking at the same website we already looked, he told us, two of the Trucks were already sold and the third one is still not for sale, it is still in the back for inspection. Our question why this Truck is then on the website ready for showing he did not answer and walked away without ssaying another word to us. He let us stand and we walked away. We never ever will go for used carshopping to Galloway Direct. The Salesman has treated us condescending, arrogant and above all without knowledge of his inventory and with the view: what are you doing here, we do not have Trucks under $ 20000.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! IF you do your homework first, these guys will help you out!!! I knew what car I wanted, the fair price, what my trade in was worth and what my payment and APR should be prior to walking in. I laid it all out and they gave me what I wanted, no back and forth. Frank the sales guy and Joe in the finance department couldnt have been better to work with. Ill be back to see them again when the time is right, cross my fingers they will still be there! I bought a Nissan Titan from them a few months ago and have several problems with it. The biggest issue has been an airbag issue that they refused to fix! As Im driving home from the dealership the airbag light comes on and hasnt went off since. I finally took it to Nissan and they said its a bad part! I hate that Galloway direct sold me a vehicle with a faulty airbag.

Bill the salesman was great but his boss the old fat white guy was very rude and lied to my face thinking i dont know anything about cars. Other then that they offered me 7500 dollars less for my trade in then any other dealership and had there cars way over priced. Be smart and find out the real value of the car before over paying.
