Great car buying experience! When it became time to start looking for a new car, I immediately started to think about the car buying process; the haggling, financing, trading in/selling my other car... It can be stressful experience and in the end, you dont want to feel taken advantage of. I learned about Fiat of Winter Haven through a family member who said the people were so friendly and helpful. Then, through another family member, learned that Fiats are extremely reliable and great cars. Putting the two together, I looked into getting a Fiat from Fiat of Winter Haven and I can now say Im a very proud owner of a Fiat 500L! The service and attention I received from the team at Fiat of Winter Haven was like nothing else Ive ever experienced before. Andra contacted me to gather some information when she saw I was inquiring about a Fiat through the web site. It was the next day I was speaking with Alex who provided some financing options. It was refreshing to see someone try and get me the best deal possible. There was never a feeling that I couldnt get into the car I wanted. It seemed Alex wanted me to get the car as much as I did. I cant that about other dealerships. When it came time to visit the lot, I was immediately greeted by Alex and Sean when I pulled up. After a quick test drive and a vehicle overview with Sean, I sat with Curtis to finalize the deal. The whole team was great and I really appreciate the effort Alex and Curtis made to make this purchase possible and fair. Once the paperwork was signed, it was time to drive off with my new car, but not before receiving a helpful tutorial from Sean on how to setup and use many of the cars features. Once I left the lot, I felt so good about the entire experience. No pressure, no haggling, no regret. It was a smooth and friendly process the whole way through and for that Im truly grateful to the team at Fiat of Winter Haven. My family and friends already know about how happy I am and Im sure itll be just a matter of time before theyre sitting in a Fiat they bought from our friends in Winter Haven. Fantastic Car Buying Experience My husband and I saw a car advertised on the USAA car buying service. We were in the market for a vehicle for our son to replace what he was currently driving. We were looking for something with low payments, low mileage and a good warranty and salesman John showed us several options. The car we saw advertised on USAA was out for a test drive but came back while we were there. Once we saw this Fiat 500 Pop, we knew this was probably going to be our choice but I still wanted to check some of the other dealers. There was NO pressure at all which was a huge relief. The entire staff was courteous and friendly the whole time. Curtis came out and also told us of a Toyota that was due to arrive on Tuesday which he thought we might be interested in as well. All this was happening on Saturday. We checked a couple of other local dealers and were disappointed on a number of levels. With the Fiat experience still fresh in our minds, the other dealers paled by comparison. Yes, they tried to be helpful but didnt come close when it came to variety of inventory and ability to meet our parameters. We decided on the Pop and since it was after hours, we emailed Fiat of Winter Haven, told them of our intent to purchase, and when we called on Monday, we were informed the car was being prepped. We drove down with our son and he fell in love with the car. We got everything we wanted; a good price on our trade-in, low payments, low mileage, and a great warranty! NO buyers remorse here. We will definitely shop there again. Highly recommended! Thank you John, Curtis and Alex for everything. Best car buying experience of my life (not my first car buying rodeo).

Where do I begin???? Horrible service from start to finish. Service department is almost incompetent, deplorable customer service. It first off, took me 20 mins (11 of which were on hold) and three phone calls to schedule my service appointment. When I do bring my car in for my appointment (mind you for regular maintenance), they asked me why I was there and what I wanted done. I also needed my brakes looked at since they have been squealing off/on. When they were finished with my service (90 mins later), the service employee seemed shocked that I wanted to know what they found with my brakes. I received a blank stare and had to wait for him to go ask someone else. I was told the brake pads were fine and there was no reason for them to be making any such noise. They then attempted to charge me for the service even though I have a maintenance contract, this was quickly resolved though. By the way, my brakes squealed as I was driving away! I didnt even touch on that I was completely ignored by FOUR salesman while I was looking at two 124 Spyders. They were too busy watching the Olympics and smoking to sell cars I guess!! All I could say about my experience was... WOW... I am not going back....

I wouldnt even give them one star. They were paid to work on my vehicle after it was vandalized. 12 days they had my truck and they called to say it was ready. Drove 1 and 1/2 hours to go pick it up and it was not done. They were paid a lot of money from the insurance comp for glass clean up which they did not do. They said it was an over sight on their part after I talked to them on the phone confirming they were cleaning out all the broken glass. They wasted 3 of my days off and 2 full tanks of gas and the damn truck is still not right. Brought it home and now none of the controls work on the steering wheel and the tow mode wont work because when they took the dash apart the FORGOT to hook it up correctly. So tomorrow we are headed back down to the dealer and demand our money back. I dont want them touching our truck again. Horrible horrible horrible service!! They even had the balls to expect full payment on the deductable. After much bitching they excepted half. I live 100 miles away and for us to keep going back and forth is totally ridiculous but they seem to be ok with it. Please dont take your vehicle to this repair shop save yourself a lot of unwanted grief.

I purchased a Fiat 124 Spider on July 7, 2017 from Fiat of Winter Haven after a series of phone calls with the dealership as I live in Mount Dora. My wife and I were treated very cordially by the friendly and courteous staff, moreover, there were no hidden charges over and above the price I was quoted on the phone. I say this because I had experienced some "creative" financing" by another dealership in Orlando. But the staff at Fiat of Winter Haven were helpful and knowledgable. In addition, they have responded promptly to my subsequent phone calls and emails and have answered my questions with alacrity. In addition, I just received an email notifying me that Fiat of Winter Haven has created a personalized web page for my automobile. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to availing myself of a continued relationship with Fiat of Winter Haven. When its time for my wifes next car, chances are very good that well purchase it from these nice people.
