Leased a 2002 Lincoln Ls December 1st and returned it January 4th.They leased it to us with bad ti rods,bad control arms,bad bushings ,the horn didnt work and the cruise control didnt work found out a bad clock spring has something to do with it.In 1 month we put 2k into that car,payments were $291 every 2 weeks,and when it was time to repair the car that they let us take off the lot knowing it needed to be repaired first,it took more than 3 days , they told us, and didnt wanna give us a loaner.So we would be paying the $292 while catching the bus and if it wasnt for the 11 day grace period they give you to bring the car back and fix any repair for free,we would be paying the $103 deductible and the $292 payments every 2 weeks.And if you walk in there nobody will ask if you need any assistance they will just keep walking around.Now i have a hard hit against my credit because i took the car back and have to wait 2 years to get financed by a bank.So thats 2k in a month and a hit against my credit thanks PATRIOT AUTO.

I called in to make a payment on my sisters account and the CSR I spoke to, Ron S., was very helpful and understanding. He answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and even offered suggestions (prayers and suggesting that I continue to speak to my sister about turning her troubles over to the Lord) which I found to be mighty helpful and different, being that nowadays, very very very few people ever speaks of the Lord and prayer during a business phone conversation. He uplifted my spirits, changed my attitude (speaking of the Lord always does that), and convicted my spirit to do what is commanded of me as a Christian. Thank you Ron for all the customer and Christian services you provided me today. I do appreciate it all. Take care and God Bless You and Your Family as well. Prayers go out to you all. Walked in, no one noticed us, guy was watching YouTube videos, I had inquired about there cash deals seen as how they advertise that on there website, HOWEVER, the guy told me the car I was inquiring about was sold and that they dont do cash deals YET they advertise that they do on there website. So not only are you false advertising your website is outdated. They guy insisted on me filing out an application, regardless if they do credit or not the whole reason I was there was to buy a car outright WITHOUT a monthly fee. Overall place seemed very standoffish. First impressions are everything, even if I didnt have Alot of money they couldve gave more effort. Customer service Sucks As far as I know. Never going back because if you false advertising about what you do then your also lying about the quality of your cars ... my personal opinion.

I failed to read all the details of my Serice Contract and did not realize that I could have my vehicle towed at no charge and that I could have my vehicle serviced before its actually scheduled for, so my vehicle sat without being used. I let Patriot know that the vehicle was not drove for almost 2 weeks and they credited my account a payment. These guys are great to work with and theyre very understanding of peoples circumstances. And just so you know, if you purchase ANY Vehicle WITHOUT A Serice Contract, you are asking for a world of hurt. The current total of repair work Ive had to have done to my vehicle far exceeds its value but the Serice Contract covers everything. Shop Smart, Go With Patriot Auto

Oh my God do not buy a car here first of all you dont get to buy them you lease them they sell u a service contract that you pay for they tell you anything will be fixed as long as you let them know what needs fixed within nine days of you buying/leasing the car I made a list- I took my car a Nissan Altima that I bought from them directly to the Nissan dealership in Brookpark who did Diagnostics for $100+ took the Diagnostics report to Patriot auto and the general manager refused to fix my car and it is a major fix told me to drive it until my timing chain broke. Then they would consider fixing it do not buy a car here they are all full of crap.
