STEEP decline in product quality and ESPECIALLY customer service. It is ABSOLUTELY worth putting up with Kroger to get coffee from that Starbucks. This place cant handle busy times, are rude, and make terrible food and coffee. I LOVE Starbucks and this one gives it a bad name. Seriously, go to the one in Kroger.

We have lived here for a year, and the experience has gotten worse. Employees snarky, slow, and way too involved in trying to make each other laugh than being customer service oriented. Not a fan of the "customer-comes-second" overall attitude.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss on staff and speed. Last visit it was a miss, the cup labels ran out so they just stopped making drinks. Today (2-17-17) was a hit, great morning staff and very quick.

They honestly take so long to hand you youre drink. There are flies everywhere on everything. The employees are sometimes not attentive. Honestly the place could be a hazard.
