Its 840 am and there is only one car in front of me, and none in the parking lot. The place is literally empty. I had to wait about 10 minutes behind the car in front of me before they took her order. As I got to the speaker I was told to wait. I waited an additional 5 minutes. When I finally ordered they were out of apple fritters and donut holes. So I order blubbery cake, and a cream filled original. Along with a brown sugar oatmeal and a peppermint mocha. I get to the window and they asked what I ordered. I repeat my order and they turn and say "so all you had was the blueberry cake." So I repeat again, they hand me 2 donuts in a bag and ask me to pull up and they will bring out the rest. I feel of the donuts and the glaze is hard a a rock and they do not feel or smell fresh at all. Then they come out and bring my coffee....... No oatmeal. I remind her that I had oatmeal, she says she will go get it. She brings me out a container only half full of what looks to be water with a few oats in it. It is almost pure liquid. Also, I ordered brown sugar, and received plain. With no spoon. I can understand mistakes and things getting hectic when its busy, but there was literally me and one other car there. I will not go back, and if I do, I will wait while they cook fresh donuts when I order them.

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts but I will never again go to the one in Gadsden Alabama ever again,I was so excited when they finally put one close by in Gadsden Alabama so I wouldnt have to drive all the way to Birmingham Alabama to get them.I live in Fort Payme Alabama which is like only s 30 minutes from Gadsden.I went by today to get some not only were they cold they were also burnt and had that awful burnt taste to them.If I hadnt already gotten on the freeway headed home when I started to eat one and tasted and saw that they were burnt I would have turned around and went back & demanded my money back I work to hard for my money to have it wasted on inedible food so needless to say I was mad and disappointed in this store and I rate it at 0 for not living up to the Krispy Kreme name that it should be.I think everyone that works in the Gadsden store should go back and be retrained on how to cook the Krispy Kreme doughnuts and learn how to cook, package and greet the people that give them there hard earned money.

Although krispy creme is a tasty product unfortunately customer service is poor at this location Im assuming partially due to their being the only location in a 50 miles radius warning should have been their 2.9 rating but we had hoped for a positive fund raising experience stopped in on a sept 8th had my fund raising sheet requesting pick up the 15th we had printed off their website with me spoke directly to manager asked what the minimum was to order for fundraising was told 25 asked if needed sheet that day or how much notice to pick up was told they make donuts fresh throughout everyday just pick up when needed he said he didnt need the sheet the 16th my daughter goes to get our donuts is told cant provide product until 3 pm on the following Tuesday ? When its a fund raiser Who typically wants donuts as they are getting off From work or as the employee at krispi Kreme suggested for delivery stale next morning ....guess well check the area for other fundraising options next time lesson learned

We went in store and there was 3 young people waiting on customers. There was 4 ahead of us, we waited about 10 minutes before being waited on. I ordered a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted creamed filled. The guy put 9 creamed filled in box and said someone would have to get more from the back even though there was 3 in the shelf that I wanted. He left my box open on the counter and started waiting on other customers even thought someone had already brought the doughnuts up that I had ordered and was giving them to the next customer. He had never offered to get the glazed ones I had ordered. There was flies swarming everywhere. One of the girls working had to go to the manager, who was sitting at a table doing nothing to get her to help open a register. We walked out leaving the half made order with the flies. I wont be giving them my business that I didnt get today.

Went back Saturday afternoon at about 2:00PM. Looking for the apple fritters AGAIN but of course, there were none. Everything else was overflowing so my husband noticed a man sitting at the only clean table with his computer and he asked if he was the manager and questioned why there was signage everywhere for the apple fritters but they never have them. He just shrugged his shoulders and said when they make them there is a 2 hour wait for them to cool off and they sell as soon as they put them out. ??? So do you sell donuts at Krispy Kreme or do you stockpile them? Yes, thats more sarcasm! He then ignored us, the filthy tables, and the employees standing around doing nothing and went back to his computer...Im so finished with this place! :-(

This is the absolute worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. Every time we go there are hardly any donuts left that we want. I believe Ive only successfully ordered raspberry filled 2 of 8 times I have been. Their business decisions makes me question management. They told me today that they were only making three types of donuts for the holidays. Its December 26th and there are tons of people out and about. Its a normal work day. I dont typically rate a place bad on a first or one time experience. My repeat experiences have proven that this establishment is a one star rating.

Waited 30 min in line for a dozen donuts and watched 6 workers walk around doing nothing and one cashier trying to wait on everyone, management needs to re evaluate on how to operate and wait on customers, heres some good advice, have one employee do nothing but coffee and espresso machine, have one cashier do nothing but ring up customers and have at least 2 of the 6 employees doing nothing start getting orders in line so cashier will be ready to ring up customers and continue to move the line, see that wasnt hard at all

I went here to get 2 of those 8-cup coffee boxes around noon on October 9th. It turns out they were out of those boxes at the time, but we didnt realize it until after they had loaded a box with a dozen of the classy doughnuts. When I realized I had to go get the coffee boxes somewhere else, I cancelled the order and walked out. One of the managers on shift came running out after me and gave me the doughnut box free of charge since they werent able to get me the coffee. Thats pretty awesome customer service on their part!

I was at Krispy creme today. Order a box of donuts. I sat in the window watch the girl fill the box. Holding box with one hand. The other hand had tissue paper to fill box. BUT SHE TOOK ORDERS WHILE FILLING BOX. THE TISSUE WENT FROM MOVING DONUTS AND THEN GOING TO HER HEADSET AND BACK TO PICKING UP DONUTS, AND BACK TO MY DONUTS. TISSUE WAS ALSO BY HER HAIR. I called the store several times and NO-ONE WOULD ANSWER. Get from Chatt. Tenn next time
