Horrible customer service! One particular young blonde girl was not only rude and disrespectful she lied to me and my family about not being able to use my Krispy Kreme rewards app; that I happen to use every time. Which is a few times a week. Then when confronted her, she lied about scanning it, and that particular day we ordered two dozen doughnuts and few other items. I tried calling to speak with the manager about the situation; but it rang and rang and rang, so I tried again about four more times and still no answer. My in-laws own and operate a local business of their own and I have worked customer service for about 10 years myself, so I know a little about dealing with people and if I ever found out any of my employees were treating our customers like the way she treated us, they wouldnt be working for us anymore and I would be sure to let her next employer know exactly what they would be getting into. I would hate to know that I lost business because of one persons actions. I will be sure to let all of my friends family and employees know exactly what kind of service they would more than likely get at that particular establishment. So thanks for nothing whoever the manager is at the Rome Ga. Krispy Kreme!! And yes I have contacted corporate. I truly believe the only reason they have an average of a tree star rating is that the staff there are the ones doing the reviews because all the ones I have read have pretty much the same complaints...js!

I waited until the NEW Rome, GA store had been open quite a while before trying it. So this morning I drive over 30 miles for the sole purpose of getting a dozen of HOT Krispy Kremes. The "HOT NOW" sign was on so I stopped.Told the mail server that I wanted "1 dozen HOT Krispy Kremes and a cup of coffee". The conveyor was FULL of fresh KK. He pointed to a rack and said "Those are not that old. I put them there just a little while ago." I told him "Thats not what I asked for" and repeated my order. He then says "Those havent been there that long. They were just a little over-cooked." So I says "If you cannot give me what I asked for then just forget it." So he says "Okay" and started wiping 6the counter or something. So that being my only reason for the 30 mile trip to Rome I drive back home minus your product.

I clocked out of work to go get some doughnuts for my employees at 1am. According to the schedule the drive through stays open 24hrs, however there wasnt a single person in the whole store. I sat in the drive through for over five minutes thinking that maybe they were just busy before I drove around. There were no signs or anything to notify the potential customers of the drive through closing. This was extremely disappointing and I think that from now on Ill take my business elsewhere.

These donuts are usually delicious but the price is ridiculous....almost $7.00 for 6 donuts.....what.....thats crazy. Also the last time I went there, I had to wait for over 10 min. in the drive thru....so I thought, well they are cooking some fresh ones....haha. They were old and hard....so all of this cured me from driving all the way across town for such rude service and old donuts.....I just buy mine at walmart....I can get a whole dozen cheaper than half dozen at that drive thru.

Stopped this morning to get a coffee a dozen doughnuts and a chocolate milk for my 3 year old daughter when I got to where I was going I opened the milk and took a drink only to discover it tasted bad looked at the date and it was 2 weeks past the expiration date tried calling for 15 minutes to tell them to check the dates on their milk but no one answered the phone

My entire house hold and some of my friends had donuts a my house today at lunchtime. I went and got a dozen lemon filled and a dozen glazed. When I got home there was no filling in the lemon filled donuts. Very disappointed, I tried calling but no answer. We will all go to Dunkin Donuts from now on at least they have filling in there donuts.

Im very Happy to have a Krispy Kreme donut shop in my hometown area at last. Ive never found any donuts as good anywhere in the surrounding counties. When the "Hot Light" is on then warm donut are available & thats very fresh . I dont believe any donut competitors offer the fresh hot donuts like Krispy Kreme . Krispy Kreme are Amazing

Went trough the li e to get the chocolate glazed donuts. Sat in line for 45 min just to find out once I finally got up to the order board that they were out. This restaurant shows very pour planning for special events. Tbey should have to reimburse customers a dozen donuts for there wait and there pour planning.

I waited at least 45 minutes yesterday.. When I finally go to order my 4 doughnuts (3 Kreme filled and one chocolate glazed with sprinkles) I get halfway home to see that all of my Kreme filled doughnuts have no Kreme. Very disappointing. Tried calling to complain and cannot seem to get anyone to answer.

Called to see if they were out if anything. I love apple fritters. Called 3 times. Rang rang and rang some more. No answer. Called Marietta location, answered after 2 rings to enthusiastically let me know they had everything....even apple fritters. Go to marietta if it isnt too far

After waiting in line over 20 minutes and specifically ordering hot now glazed I get out of the parking lot to discover cold doughnuts.. Not even remotely warm. And Im disappointed that they arent carrying glazed chocolate cake either..

Doughnuts were fine.. The staff could use a Lil hospitality training and for some the need of a hearing aid may be imminent.. I had to repeat myself far to many times and in the end still i was given the wrong order.

The donuts are good, but the people are rude! I had a terrible experience yesterday morning. They shouldnt be open 24 hours if their employees are going to be mad about it and take it out on the customers.

This morning was my second time getting donuts through the drive thru. The hot light was lit, both times, but the donuts were not hot. When I tried calling management, no one answered the phone.

We came from Tallapoosa, Georgia just to get the $.80 a dozen! We did drive-thru, only took us half an hour and it was so worth it! Also, excellent service!

Could not get into parking lot because police had blocked entrances, why? Wasnt packed no need in the over reaction by police. Very disappointed
