Working with Starclaire House of Flowers was amazing. I called this morning after searching multiple florists on google and yelp to get a bouquet delivered to my mom for her birthday today. I spoke with a woman who was MORE than helpful. She spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me because I wanted something specific and didnt see exactly what I wanted on the website. She helped me choose colors and the flower type, sticking to one style of arrangement I found. The pricing, customer service, courtesy, and delivery was flawless. They arrived beautifully in the time she quoted and my mom LOVED them. I live in Florida and my mom in North Carolina, so I was worried at first to order from a shop and not be able to see the bouquet myself. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and the whole experience was wonderful. I usually dont post reviews but it was such a great experience I figured I would! I will definitely be using them in the future!

Living in Alaska, its hard to choose a florist in an area youve never been to. With our nephew in the hospital, I wanted to make sure to talk with a florist directly to make sure that what we planned to send him would be exactly what we wanted. I noticed the wonderful rating for Starclaire florist and gave them a call this morning. I spoke with Jay, who was not only an incredibly nice man - he knew the hospitals restrictions! I called the hospital to confirm, and sure enough he was right. Jay could have taken our order and money...and then the hospital would have kicked back our order, but due to his honesty we were able to amend our order to something that would actually be delivered and accepted by the hospital. Its hard to find an honest business these days, and I only wish we could give more stars to Starclaire and Jay for making sure we could get the best we possibly can to our nephew...with Love from Alaska, of course!

We live in Texas, my mother in law lives in N.C and it was very difficult to trust a florist, you might understand why, we are not there to see the flower arrangement, but after reading all the great reviews, we decided to give it a try. This was our first time ordering flowers!! I got a little nervous that i called to make sure they had my order, the gentleman was sooo nice and after i told him it was our first time ordering he assured me they would try to make her really happy :) I can not describe how HAPPY she was, since the moment she answered my call, she was super happy and just telling me how wonderful and beautiful the flowers were, and it just made her day and ours, Thank you very much! we will be ordering from you guys again :) reference order number 00152386 Recipient Diane R. delivered Sat. 11th @ 10:38 left at door, they even called her to let her know they were at the door :)

My first experience with Starclaire House of Flowers was exceptional. I went online early this morning and skimmed the listed flowers for something special for a colleague of mine who has been very stressed out lately. Deciding I wanted an arrangement with either daisies or mums, I typed this into the search function and found a gorgeous arrangement in a basket for $50. The layout of the website was accessible and the options were varied. I love that this is a local florist, so I know I’m supporting local Charlotte business. I wanted the flowers delivered today, and within 2 hours, they were delivered. She sits right next to me so I can smell them from my desk—very fresh, well-picked and thoughtfully arranged. Do not believe the prices on the website! Price shown says it is valid for the local delivery area. I ordered within that area and ended up paying a delivery fee. when I questioned it they said the price shown was for local delivery area flowers only. Sorry, that is not the way the website presents the price. I paid $50.36 for a [website] $39 arrangement. update 3/19/2008. I see they have updated their website to add: "Prices shown are for Local Delivery Area only and does not include the local delivery fee of $8.95." When I wrote the above review the website did not include the "....does not include...." phrase.

Wow... my girlfriend and I live in different states, and I wanted to send her a "Just Because" arrangement. I looked online at different local florists, but settled on Starclaire due to reviews, price, and proximity to Charlotte. Well, I was blown away! The order was placed at 11:30 AM and at 2:30 PM the same day, the flowers had arrived and looked GORGEOUS. I was sent pictures of the arrangement, and was so relieved. All I can say is that the product delivered matched the picture exactly, and the delivery was extremely fast. I will utilize this company again in the near future. -MR

I and my family, have used this florist for years, They take such care in fixing your order, they will do almost anything you ask. The flowers are amazing and last a long time. The care given to me, each time, whether the flowers are for a death or a birthday, is absolutely the BEST. I recommend this florist, even if you are out of the country, they CARE. Been a little shy of a week since I looked up this place and I was super pleased with the experience when I went to get flowers there for my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. The flowers were amazing and vibrant and the little stuffed pig that they sold me as well and tied to the vase made it that much better. My girlfriend was super happy and loved them so much. She has them on the top of her bookshelf in her room where she can see them every day and constantly tells me how much she loves them. Excellent customer service and absolutely amazing flowers.

I just picked up a Corsage that my son picked out for his girlfriend for Prom. When i showed it to him he was disappointed that he didnt get what he ordered. They did tell us they would have to substitute the flowers, but on the website it had little sparkly branches in it and it said "twice" that it comes on a Pearl Cuff. It was on a Velcro strap with no sparkles! He would have been okay with no sparkle had it been on the Pearl Cuff as described. Even though the flowers were very pretty, this should not have been a $36.00 Corsage.

I called to order a Hydrangea as a sympathy gift for dear friend. I talked to April and she informed me that they did not have any Hydrangeas but that she was expecting a truck within the hour. She said that she would call me and let me know if they had any Hydrangeas on the truck. Thirty minutes later I received a text and a picture of a BEAUTIFUL Hydrangea. So thankful not only for the plant but also for the great customer service!
