I have been shopping at this Bi-Lo location for awhile without issue. Today unfortunately I cannot say the same about my experience. I went to this Bi-Lo location to purchase ribs to throw on the grill for dinner for my pregnant wife. When I returned home and opened the ribs there was an odor of rot. The smell was so strong that it was nauseating from about five feet away. I promptly returned the ribs to the store to see if I could find a replacement pack. Upon digging through the available selection I found a couple of packages that were open and one package that contained 4 ribs that were neon green with rot. I took the green ribs to the customer service counter and just asked for a refund on my ribs so I could get a replacement elsewhere. Not sure who is in charge of the quality control program for the meat department but they may need to be retrained/re-evaluated for that position. I believe my pregnant wife may have become ill after eating other meat products purchased from this location. As such I have had to contact the health department regarding the issue.

Last place I used my wallet was at Bluffton.,SC Bilo---went home could not find it. Went back too store and asked if it was found and turned over. Cindy a manager I believe looked in safe and told me nothing was turned in. Went home thinking about the nightmare I had to deal with now..changing CCs cards-- License--med records. The next morning I checked car one last time and there it was between seats. Anyway I went back to BiLo a few days later and same terrific woman CINDY came up to me right away and asked if I had found wallet yet!!! Not only did she help me try and locate checked up on me when she saw me again!! Simply put what a wonderful woman!!! Bilo is lucky to have her!!

I shop here often and usually its not terrible. This evening my girlfriend swiped her card at the far left register and an hour later BofA was calling about CC fraud. Her card number was stolen and being used. I decided to just call Bilo to let them know that was the last place the card was used and that they should be aware of the incident. The young girl who answered the phone had terrible customer service and kept telling me there was nothing she could do to help. If she would have stopped and listened she would have realized I wasnt asking for help was just letting them know of the situation. Terrible Customer Service

I have also had horrible experiences at this specific bi-lo location . I received a bag of dog food covered in maggots. When I returned the bag, the manager offered no apology and was somewhat rude, in fact. I have also purchased a lot of rotten and sub-par fruit, recently. This type of experience has me questioning the quality of this store and others like it. Tho a long-time customer, I am never going back!

first of all its convenient to my home, it has double coupons up to $0.60, the fuel perks are great, 5% off on Wednesdays for senior citizens! The staff has always been helpful and accommodating, and most of all I love the BOGOs!!!! If I were to say anything negative it would be that they used to have eCards with coupons and they no longer have that! I would love them to reinstate that!

The lady in the deli was severely deprived of customer service skills! She appeared to be angry and does not need to be in employment where interaction with humans is required. The store had about 50% of what I needed...basic groceries. This store does not qualify as a grocery store according to basic standards.

I ve been shopping here for over 2 years. Store is very clean, shelfs always stocked, staff is wonderful and prices are as good or better than the Box Store, Produce is always fresh and my meat is fresh, red and very good quality, Could not be happier and will continue to shop here.

Store is clean and staff is friendly. They have a good selection of beer. Their craft beer section has many local SC breweries. The butcher will do custom cuts.
