I ordered flowers for my cousin who was in the hospital at CMC delivering her first child 2/17/16. I ordered these over the phone from the owner ( I assume) she never asked me for my email address to send a confirmation receipt, just my phone number. I was billed $67 and change, I would later find out, more than what I was quoted over the phone. I spoke with my cousin on Sunday 2/21/16 and asked how the flowers looked. She never received the flowers. I had even given the owner the room number my cousin along with full name. I call Sunday 2/21 left her a message at Southern Blossom giving details of what happened and asking for a phone call back. Monday 2/22 ....about 11am rolls around and I did not hear from her so I call Southern Blossom. She answers, I explain the scenario again to her and she states she has to do an investigation before she is able to credit my card back and she will contact the "flower room" at the hospital and see who got the flowers and get back to me. She asks me if I got a confirmation receipt via email.. I promptly tell her she didnt ask for mine nor does she at this point. I dont hear from her this date and I called back and left a message on her business answering machine at 4:30. Fast forward to today 2/23, I wait until 11:00am and I still have not heard from Southern Blossom, I left one more message on their answering machine to let the owner/manager whoever resolve this before I dispute this with my credit card company. It is 5:00pm and I have not heard from her or anyone at Southern Blossom. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Please be wary of this company. At this point I cant even get a return call.

My wife and I live in Pennsylvania and we have never been apart on our anniversary. This year my wife needed to visit her sister over our anniversary. I needed to find a florist that could show my wife just how special she is too me. Southern Blossom Florist provided a special Anniversary Bouquet that in my wifes words was" amazing! Incredibly stinking with such wonderful fresh cut roses that were perfectly arranged and smelled Divine!" I ordered my flowers to be delivered next day and both the Florist and the delivery driver called me to assure me my flowers were delivered. Southern Blossom Florist helped me remind my wife that I would marry her all over again. I highly recommend Southern Blossom Florist. I have again used them to send flowers to my sister in law in Charlotte and the bouquet was again incredible. Thank you Southern Blossom Florist

If I could give 10 stars I would. Words can not express how wonderful it was working with this company for our organization, American Red Cross, awards ceremony. The owner is not only talented in design, but have a wonderful ability to really understand what the customer is looking for. She takes their vision and brings it to list. The centerpieces she did for our event were breaktaking and after the event everyone wanted to take one home with them (even those who flew in). I was impressed not only with the floral quality but with her attention to detail and customer service. If you are looking for a florist, this should be your first and last stop. Oh and did I mention that our event was in Washington, DC, which was no problem for them. Again 10 stars all around!! I already have ideas for next year!

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the arrangement I ordered through Southern Blossom. I chose this florist because they had good reviews and I dont live in NC. I ordered an expensive arrangement and when I saw a picture of what was actually delivered, I thought for sure they mixed up the order. But nope. The woman on the phone was very nice said they had to substitute flowers. And I understand that they can substitute flowers that they dont have. But damn, it looked like a completely different arrangement with different flower colors. Even the vase was different. It was a very cheap-looking arrangement. UGH!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Southern Blossom and Giovy Buyers recently for a post-wedding celebration for my daughter and son-in-law. It was wonderful! Giovy listened and gave attention to how I wanted the evening to look like, and it turned out exactly as we had discussed. The flowers and the decorations she and her staff made were beautiful and she was such a delight to work with. Giovy, owner of the shop, worked with me directly to ensure we received exactly what we envisioned. She was patient and kind as we worked through the design together, and also coordinated payment among 4 different parties for our convenience. I had a great experience from the time I visited the website to the time my order was delivered. The customer service is excellent. The website is very user friendly. And you can reach a "real" person if you need help or have questions. I love that they sent me a photo of the flower basket that was delivered so I knew what it looked like! I have used this florist twice in the last 3 months and will make them my go-to from now on!
