My journey started with a delivery in my neighborhood. I spoke with the driver, interested, he told me that the roses were 12.99 and delivered for 10$. I was like, okay cool awesome. Let me look them up and surprise my woman some more.(shes also getting flowers from 1800flowers and edible arrangements, I spare no expense). Phenomenal products, amazing people, and quick; however, there is an issue, the owner. "I Just looked at the crummy review you gave my company without even seeing the products or experiencing our service. Clearly, the relationship between us is not destined for success. Our website clearly states where we deliver, and what our promotions are. We do not normally deliver to Waxhaw, but I was going to bend my rule because of your note. Not any more. Your order is declined. Bill Miller Owner" He did not inquire to why the crummy review. Why have a review company do reviews and not take care of your customers. The review was 3.5/5 stars. I didnt get 5 star service. I ended up spending $80+ for the let our designer create. They attempted to call, they emailed; however, I was busy at work and not near my phone. No voicemails... And not even a call from the owner himself. Not only that, but to cancel my order? I dont know, I am a very romantic person and this company just lost out on some good repeat business. Why with due diligence and planning, must this happen? I regret how things did turn out. FINAL STATEMENT: Great ideas, flowers, and people; but, I will not invest in such an owner that has this sort of demeanor. Im a consumer. Clearly, I should have been deterred from ordering at the point of the delivery driver when he was asked about waxhaw deliveries. Makes no sense. This is all childish.

Horrible, Unprofessional and RUDE service. I had an issue with what I ordered online and had delivered to my mother-in-law in Charlotte. I sent an email expressing my disappointment. A woman called me (while I was at work) she wanted my mother-in-law phone number. I told her I didnt have it on me, with a RUDE attitude, she said, you dont know your own mothers number? I told her no its my boyfriend mom and NO I dont have her number at hand. Later the owner emailed me his response, saying its not false advertising, but practicality. The flowers I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture.... nothing! He offered to puck up her flowers and exchange them for better fresher arrangement. I said NO please leave her out of this, the issue is with me and what I paid for. I asked to have a refund and charge me for the smaller arrangement she received. He did the most unprofessional, rude and cruelest thing a business owner could do.. She called me and ask why they took her flowers... No exchange, they just took her flowers ;( unbelievable. I have NEVER heard of such a thing, Im totally blown away and such rude and ridiculous decision.

Revised: Owner contacted me personally to apologize, and offered a full refund. Sent another vase today at no charge. Appreciate the follow up and genuine concern of the owner to keep a good reputation I own a business and hate to give bad reviews...but this one needed it. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day to my wife at work....called order in. Gave them address and paid for it in full. Told them designers choice. No text from the wife all day....call her when I knew shed be driving home....and ask her if she got flowers ??? NOPE.... Flower Hut didnt delIver them...and didnt have the nerve to call...I had to call them ! Lady said owner would call me back and never did...so I went into the store and heard the calls ....after calls....about missed delivery. Pissed a lot of ppl off that day They half ass apologized. Thats why Im at least giving 2 star not 1... Gave me a arrangement that was "double the price" but still ruined the surprise of getting flowers at work...

I only use Flower Hut for my flower needs both in-town and out of town. I have been using them for over 10 years and their operation is a good as it gets. Reasonable prices, excellent service, GREAT communication and beautiful arrangements. We ordered flowers for my Mother in Law for this weekends Mothers Day. She is in PA. Bill e-mailed me to let me know there may be a substitute arrangement delivered since my Mother in Law lives in a small town. I get it, no biggie. But how nice to get a personal e-mail letting me know it could happen. So no surprise when we call Mom and ask about the arrangement. Mom loved the flowers and they were able to get her the actual one we ordered. In the past when there has been a mix-up or issue (yes, it does happen. none of us is perfect despite what you may think...) I have always gotten a phone call to let me know what was going on. Please take the time to read the website and see where things can be delivered (or not!) and what the specials actually mean.

Pablo I hope your reading this and hope you get the proper recognition. I actually almost made the mistake of ordering online. But thanks again Pablo for being really patient and answering my crazy questions. The staff took the time to email me confirmation, search and specify what flowers would be used if the flowers listed had run out, detail my letter (even thou it wasnt all correct lol), deliver it, give me confirmation when it was delivered and arrived, and of course sending me an image of what the final outcome looked like prior to sending it out. Will deff be using you guys in future and appreciated tremendously the service for the first time delivering flower arrangements. I hope you guys have a referral program because I will deff be telling my friends and family about you guys. Thanks again. :) P.s. I needed same day delivery and they were able to make and deliver within 2 hrs of my order being placed.

I sent my gf flowers for her birthday. The arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised online. It was tiny and sparse - the photographer did a wonderful job making it look better than what was being sold though. The delivery guy looked as respectable as the arrangement, i.e. completely disheveled My gf then sent an email a couple weeks later letting them know and the response from the manager was terrible. He was on the defensive the entire time and tried to make us feel bad for not liking the arrangement. "If this arrangement was so pathetic, why wait two weeks to complain? I have NEVER received a complaint in over 5 years." Well here is your first then all knowing Flower Hut manager. Rest assured, none of my friends or colleagues will have the option to be upset with your product/service because they will never use you after hearing about our ordeal.

Ive ordered from Flower Hut for many years, sending flowers regularly, for various occasions, to close relatives who live in Charlotte. Their customer service is impeccable. For example - once, I sent flowers to the hospital, only to learn later that the patient had already been discharged - by the time I contacted Flower Hut, they had already re-routed the flowers -- he received them at his home that same afternoon, and they were beautiful. Everyone whos seen their arrangements has been absolutely blown away - and the flowers last for ages (my great-aunt raves about them). It gives me tremendous peace of mind, knowing that I can order from a local business (even though I live in New England) and their service and products are so reliable. Thank you so much, Flower Hut!!
