I have been a Mazda Owner for years and have purchased from several of the Long Island dealers mostly because after purchasing i swore i would never go back to my selling dealer either because of problems with the sale or problems in service after the sale. I had decided i would have to look for another brand because i had exhausted the local dealers. But while driving on Sunrise Highway I got a flat looked up and saw Bright Bay Mazda ( I didnt even know they where there). I met Kathleen in the service department. She was unbelievable!!!! The service department was actually closed but she ran around and got the mechanics before they left. They pushed my car off Sunrise Highway and into thier shop. They fixed my tire and i was on my way. They didnt even charge me for plugging the tire. That was about a year ago now since then i have been servicing my car at Bright Bay. They even fixed a problem that my last dealer had kept the car for 1,5 weeks and returned it to me with the same problem telling me it was normal. Keith one of thier mechanics noticed the noise on the test drive after i had an oil change done. Kathleen asked me if i wanted it looked at and bam it was fixed and under warranty. I ended up buyong my new Mazda at Bright Bay. I found the sales staff wonderfull also. I thought i new which model i wanted but my salesman kept asking me questions ( he said he wanted to make sure the car was the right fit for me). He showed me the model i was looking at and then asked me to take 1 other car for a ride a CX7. He was right the CX7 was the car for me. Sales and service Bright Bay has been great.

Buying a car is always a fun/ not so fun experience. You get the excitement of a new car but its a huge financial commitment. So when you go looking to buy one you look forward to a great experience and not feel taken advantage of. And that was the case here! Mazda Bright Bay was such an incredible experience! My husband was due for a new car and was researching for what will give us more for our money. It came down to the CRV and CX-5. We went to look at the cars. When we walked into Bright Bay we were greeted by super friendly sales guy name James Britch. He showed us the car. Educated us on all the features. And the best part he was not pushy at all! He never asked if we are talking the car that day. He respect that we were looking at our options and knew that we would be looking around. He was amazing! We saw the other car we were interested in. And even visited another Mazda dealership. And the choice clear. We wanted the Mazda CX-5 and we wanted to buy it from James! The process was so simple. They gave us a great price. Told us our payment. Ordered the color we wanted. Kept us updated with the statues on the car. And the financial office was great. Easy and to the point. The whole process was amazing! Everyone from the GM, to the salespeople, to the financial guy were so amazing. They made this process so easy and painless. If you are interested in buying a Mazda, go see them! I highly recommend them.

I would like to share my experience with Bright Bay Mazda. Now first off no one enjoys the dreaded service visit, especially when the car in question is an aging first generation Miata with an uncertain maintenance history. Well, I recently found myself in a bind and their service advisor, Connor, as well as their technician, Keith, were able to accommodate and send me back on the road in no time at all. You have no idea how much Connor worked with me to set a fare price on parts and labor for the car that I need to get to work and school in. When you meet him and the rest of the technicians you really get the impression that they are passionate about the brand and cars in general. Being a gear head myself this really put me at ease and made me feel that I was in good hands. Do yourself a favor and put yourselves in the care of Bright Bay Mazda, they wont let you down.

Masda 3 brought in for service. Car kept on stalling. They charged 600.00 and told me the couldnt find the problem. My wife suggested I try the battery. Battery had a leak. Got a new battery, car fine until today when the engine light went on. Called masda, four different times, no one ever got back to me. Their Service Department is the Absolute Worst I have ever experienced. After posting the above, i was contacted by Masda. They indicated that they never received my calls, but would be happy to review the issues with the car, which were re- occurring. Ken, the manager of service was a perfect gentleman. Took the car in and I am delighted to say resolved the issues completely after three days of carefully scrutinizing the engine. They even gave my a car to use while the worked to find out the problem. They consequently have back a very satisified customer

I purchased a car with Jonathan on Monday. I had went to 3 dealerships before coming to Bright Bay Mazda and had horrible service this place was so comfortable that I immediately knew this was where I was going to purchase my vehicle. They are patient and understanding, Johnathan went over everything with me and held the car until my husband came home so he could view it before deciding if I was going to purchase it. When we got back my husband had a question about something with the bumper and the owners came out and without hesitation they opened the service doors and got it up on a lift so we could all take a better look. I would highly recommended this dealer to anyone looking for a car. They bent over backwards for me to make sure I got in the car I wanted.

Thank you to an excellent sales team for providing a stress free buying experience and an extremely reasonable price! My wife and I travelled all the way from CT to purchase this car and working with John in sales made for a seamless transition into our new vehicle. John had everything prepared for us when we arrived so that we would not have to worry about anything. Additionally, Lou in finance took care of all the loan documentation as well as the "out of state" registration documentation for us. The price was the original reason we travelled to Bright Bay Mazda but it is the experience that will keep us coming back when we are in the market for another new vehicle.

Weve bought our last two cars from Bright Bay and I couldnt be happier with the service we received. Three years ago, we bought a 2013 Mazda 3. We worked with Rich and Lou, and both of them were polite, informative, never pushed us to make a decision, and they were able to answer all of our questions. Almost four years later and the car has been great! This weekend we decided to trade in my wifes Sentra. We bought a new 2016 CX-9. We worked with James, Dave, and Lou. Again, they were great and we walked out of there feeling confident that we got a great deal! Thank you for all your help! We truly appreciate it!!
